Basically disappointed to be told I do not qualify based on whatever data they've calculated to determine how much my premium will be. I've been told by my clinic how to fill the simple form with bare minimum information - to then, after 40 mins and without any detail, being rejected........Sadly impressed with how their process works - it's supposed to be supportive & premium rather than saying no to us without a proper explanation.
Agree with the below lady about the fact that this is nothing premium at all. They judged us by name and weight; maybe our age is too old - 44?? And clinic name only - embarrassing.
Terrible impersonal judgement and non-compassionate treatment.
I work in pharma, and I'll make sure I spread the word to my colleagues as many couples are struggling to conceive too, and HR was looking for this type of option - a big NO, sadly.

The concept of Gaia is great and there is definitely a gap in the market for this kind of service.
However, their deliverance of this has been quite messy in my own experience so far.
I only recently became a member. I joined because I liked the idea of lower upfront costs due to getting married next year.
After finally receiving my correct treatment plan (clinic was incorrect initially, then treatment cost was incorrect) I paid my premium ready to commence treatment. However, my fertility clinic hadn’t heard of Gaia so I then had to pay them upfront as well, send the invoice to Gaia and wait to be reimbursed. I had to do the same with my pharmacy prescription / medications so was out of pocket for a week or so whilst waiting for the refund. Can never call them, all contact is through email which causes delays. When I raised this they then provided a mobile number for WhatsApp messages - still no one to call.
I was refunded for my pharmacy meds twice by mistake and they didn’t know until I flagged it to them, I returned this.
Turned out my treatment cost was still wrong so I had paid too high of a premium and had to be refunded for that.
I then had an email wishing me luck for my embryo transfer two days after starting my meds and actually a month before my embryo transfer was due.
So definitely room for improvement in my eyes, I appreciate they’re a relatively new company but IVF is stressful enough as it is and unfortunately so far Gaia have only added to this and their service hasn’t been as streamline as I would have hoped. I’m still early on in my treatment so hopefully they’ll turn things around, as I say I believe in the concept 100% they just need to improve how they manage it.

Gaia is amazing, if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t no what to do! We had Stella she kept in contact all the way helped explain everything to us so we understood, it can feel very isolating when you have to do this not knowing what to do or expect but Stella helped so much with this, from reassurance to chasing things up, we also had Lucy help with some of this to there all fantastic! Thank you!

To fill in a simple form with bare minimum information with the gaslighting of helping those in need - to then without any detail, discussion or courtesy to break down exactly what that even means! To think this process is gut wrenching and hard as it is.

I honestly don’t know what else to say about GAia. Perhaps more should be said because I certainly didn’t get the impression there was a premium % created from me simply stating my name, the reason why I need ivf (which is common for many) and chosen clinic. Why have such a vague criteria if all you’re going to do is reject people for having the issues that create a barrier to natural conception in the first place!

Prompt response and good customer service throughout. Both advisor given to us were very friendly and executed thier jobs professionally. Really pleased

Overall my experience with Gaia was very good and stress free doctors was very honest and gave us the best advice I wouldn't change anything about the service because everything was honestly excellent and the care was delivered at a high standard. If I had to change anything it would be the one year storage of embryos after treatment when successful technically your only getting 3 months free not a year cause your pregnant for 9 months otherwise no other complain.

Although we are still fairly early in our journey with Gaia, so far our journey has been a positive one

Joining Gaia has helped ease the burden of IVF. Gaia offers a range of payment plans. The team at Gaia are friendly and supportive.

The entire Gaia team were really nice and supported us throughout the entire process. They’ve made our journey less stressful when I comes to finances.

We used Gaia last year to fund our IVF in Greece because having been on the fertility treatment trail for a while, our funds had run dry. At first we thought why Gaia were offering was too good to be true as it was the first time we’d heard of anything like this but after speaking to the team and finding them to be helpful and honest we went with Gaia and now have a wonderful little boy!
The whole team at Gaia are really caring and want to help families in any way they can. We are incredibly grateful they exist as without them we would not have been able to afford any more fertility treatments for a long time. They really do ‘what it says on the tin’

The team understand that it’s a difficult journey and are so caring and always checking in on you. They allow you to concentrate on your treatment and they take care of the rest. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Gaia have made my IVF journey a lot easier financially and mentally. The team provide great support and customer service. I actually couldn’t have gone through this process without them. They are very straightforward to work with the concept and services they provide are amazing. Having the financial burden and stress of IVF taken away from you and provided by Gaia gave me the opportunity to focus on myself and the journey itself. I would definitely recommend Gaia family
to anyone thinking of starting IVF who feel they cannot afford it. Your dream of starting a family can definitely come true with Gaia family.

Absolutely amazing!!! IVF is stressful enough without having to worry about money on top aswell, Gaia has been a god send. Lovely people who are really supportive and always go above and beyond to make sure that ther customers are getting the support they need. Ever so grateful to have found these guys can’t recommend enough

Gaia were amazing from start to finish.
Their customer service team are next level when it comes to kind, caring, intelligent support.
The product itself is a game-changer, it allowed us to pay for our initial round of IVF treatment via a premium to Gaia which still left us with 70% of our “IVF pot” on our account (without Gaia that first round would have used all of it).

As it turns out, we miraculously got pregnant naturally before the treatment really got underway, and we got all our money back from Gaia no problem a few months later. They continued to be kind and were happy for us - we just appreciate how they handled it all so gracefully so much. I’d recommend this to any woman / couple who want to do IVF - they’ll fix your costs, guarantee you for 5 rounds,
and remove the stressful financial unknowns that usually come with undergoing IVF with a clinic. No more spiralling costs. Can’t tell you what a difference that makes to your mental health and physical health.
