They are very supportive , their competition is worldwide wich is amazing , their car selection is mindblowing since they giving away the cars , they choose them very carefully and you can easy prove it on their youtube videos .

After talking with people who won , i feel confidence in trying my best shot with them !

Never won anything , but to me the process sees fair and I have been the last 4 raffles and I plan to keep participating. One of the very few raffles that give LHD cars and all European countries can enter. Also customer support is great!

Customer service was quick and helpful when I had an issue with promo codes, so credit where it’s due.

Unfortunately, my experience with their lap time competition was disappointing. The competition described the driver as a “rookie” driving a McLaren 720S GT3 EVO on the Nürburgring Nordschleife (Touristenfahrten). In sim racing — especially iRacing — “rookie” is generally understood as an inexperienced driver.

The winning result was a 06:35.791 average lap time, which is extremely fast for that car and track combination. It was only after I contacted them directly that I learned the driver had prior real-world motorsport experience — information that was not communicated publicly in the competition description or rules.

Having spent money on entries based on a reasonable interpretation of “rookie”, this made the competition feel misleading rather than fair. The draw method itself may be technically fair, but clear and transparent communication is crucial when participants are paying to take part.

Honestly still can’t believe I won the Type R EK9 from Gapped! The whole experience was insane — everything was legit and super smooth. I even got to meet Misha in person which was surreal. Seeing the video go up on YouTube made it feel even more real. Massive respect to the Gapped team for doing things right and giving back to the car community. Still feels like a dream. 🙌🔥
