Plugs in poor cndition
I'm afraid th e plants seem to have suffered from the effects of the heat wave. I bought hanging baskets which were little more than a pot with about five plugs in it. It appears that the plugs never got the opportunity to spread their roots and thus by the time the package arrived they were in poor condition. One pot was irretrievable and Gardening Direct gave me my money back - not my postage though. I tried to nurse the remaing plugs and one survived. I should have asked for money back on this too. So this little exercise cost me £5 postage.

Gardening Direct do not offer an enormous range of plants, but in my experience what they do offer is excellent value for money.

Beautiful Hanging baskets
I have bought pre-planted hanging baskets from this company a few times and they are simply beautiful.
I bought two this year and was lucky to get them at the sale price and they are beautiful. I would recommend Garden Direct for anyone looking for a stunning hanging basket.

Customer service very good but very disappointed with plants, not good sending out a replacement that was also dead, has the quality gone down as previously always satisfied and unsure about ordering again

Dissapointed.
Arrived ok planted them out one not very good the other two going the same way.I have just srayed them at night so not over watered and not left them in the sun.
