Dissapointed.
Arrived ok planted them out one not very good the other two going the same way.I have just srayed them at night so not over watered and not left them in the sun.

When things don't quite go to plan
I ordered a lemon tree and strawberries + strawberry planter as a present with birthday money I had received. The order left the nursery ok but unfortunately inpost never delivered it. I complained to them and was met with a very rude response. I next complained to garden direct who literally bent over backwards to put things right. I didn't get my strawberries as by then they were out of stock unfortunately but received compensation Everything else arrived asap free of charge. The thing is things can go wrong it's annoying but that's life it happens. What really matters though is how you deal with the problem that's what's important. I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency that Gardening Direct responded to my problem and did everything possible to put it right. So thank you for that and I won't hesitate to purchase other items I require in the future.

Good Communications with Gardening Direct.
I was able to speak quickly and directly to a representative regarding my order who knew exactly where my flowers were and when they would be despached for delivery.
Unfortunately the plants were in transit over the hot the weekend and needed a fair amount of t.l.c. but most of them have picked up and are now looking good! The jasmine and buddlia arrived in good shape however and have done very well.
