Everything was delivered apart from one item. The wrong plant. After speaking to someone regarding this, I was told that the plant that I originally ordered would be despatched as soon as possible. Sadly, I have had no information from you since regarding the delivery of my plant that I originally paid for.

Delivery very soon after placing the order.

I've used Gardening Direct a few times now and have been pleased with the service. The flowers arrived in good condition, and, based on previous years, we've been happy with the results when planted out.

Gardening Direct sent me a tree that was not only dead, but must have been dead for weeks before they sent it judging by how dry and crisp the branches were. Total waste of money!

Hiccup in ordering. Thought I was ordering 2X 60+60free but only got 2X 60. Some damaged.
Got 20 free - so not bad result .

Ordered 3 Gerbera plants. When they arrived they were a very good size. After potting them up they are thriving. So very pleased with my purchase.

Beautifully packaged arrived in perfect condition.

Plants normally arrive in good condition, and well packed, but if anything does go wrong, are readily replaced.

Tomatoes supplied were on poor condition. Some were dead. Emailed company about it. They replied they were v busy. Have been buying tomatoes from them for years.

To start everything was great. Then it went rapidly downhill. One item cancelled without notification. Another cancelled despite being told it had been despatched. I was given conflicting information from a variety of customer service people. The phrase 'one hand doesn't know what the other is doing' comes to mind. No attempt to advise replacements. So sad as service was good in the past but I don't think the service people have the will to improve.

Moist healthy plants arrived on time, as advertised.

The first order was 6 pieces of 5 shrub roses in each. ....only one arrived. After phoning the remainder were dispatched but 2 weeks later.
The roses were packaged and colour coded with a sellotape band to identify colour. Some were missing the band while the red/ pink bands were not distinguishable from eachother so I guess I will have to lift plants in winter and rearrange by colour assuming they all flower this year.

Well great the plants my husband ordered good quality and priced as it. as he is the gardener not me.knows what he wants so can get on with them and prick them out.
