Good quick delivery and good product. Staff helpful with queries. Good for Circular paving edging, which has given a quality appearance to my project. Pity I this review doesn't have the option to upload photos.

The reason for this is that due to the size and weight of the products being ordered, we need to deliver them on a pallet to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. While we would love to offer cheaper delivery options, we have to charge what the courier service charges us. However, we are constantly searching for more affordable and efficient delivery methods.

The product is good but most of everything else was poor
The product is good - albeit arrived in a sloppy condition (covered in cobwebs and very dusty). The problem was the delivery (which costs me the customer approx £50) and the way the company - particularly the Director - manages issues with their delivery service (and there were plenty!). They take no responsibility for problems that occur with the delivery service (even though this is an integral part of their business). If you are entitled to compensation - you will get little.

I want to address the concerns you’ve raised. While we strive for excellence in both our products and services, there are occasions when factors beyond our control, such as delays with pallet networks, can affect delivery. As a small, family business we are yet to be able to have our own fleet and more control but we hope for this in the future. We work closely with our pallet network partners to ensure deliveries are efficient and timely, but unfortunately, there are rare instances where delays occur.
Regarding the delivery, while it was outside of the initially indicated slot, it did fall within the standard 8:00 am to 6:00 pm time frame that we advertise. I fully appreciate that this may have caused inconvenience, and I apologize sincerely for that.
I can see our Managing Director did reply and take steps to address the situation promptly, including offering a goodwill gesture. As a small, family-run business, we rely on the pallet networks we use, and we are committed to resolving issues as swiftly as possible.
