Excellent service, delivery was great even though they were busy and the products are fantastic quality

I emailed Garden Trading on 17 September about damage to a bench that had been delivered that day. As of today, 1st October I have still not received any response from them other than an automated acknowledgement of my complaint.

Happy with doormat however box was damaged and so was base of mat. Decided to keep it as it was a puncture toward edge of mat and on underside where not visible. Wasn’t pleased with delivery as it was left on a doorstep but not at the main front or back door. Don’t believe delivery man even rang bell as there were three adults in house and no one heard. We checked doorbell and it was working. As i had no communication to say it had arrived I believed driver was running late. By time i found it two hours later it was soaking through.

The product arrived damaged underneath the packaging after slow delivery. I emailed customer services & have had no response. Very disappointing.

Lovely little egg basket,perfect size,looks stylish,great price in the sale,I find delivery charges alot though and that's a standard charge,big cost to delivery a small item.

I love the goods at Garden Trading. I found a perfect trellis,I needed to dog proof a 5bar gate that is part of a pergola, and this trellis was the perfect size and shape. It’s sturdy too, and looks incredibly stylish, rather than like dog proofing. Other, smaller items are also lovely. And all on sale! Everything arrived well packaged and very quick. Couldn’t be happier.

Great quality mirror for my garden at an exceptionally good price. Better quality than I have seen elsewhere. I am very pleased with it and it will help create a special feature in part of my garden.

I examined the crackle glaze pot when it arrived. Unfortunately, as its crackle glaze its impossible to see any cracks etc. You only discover this when you pot your plant and the soil highlights the damage, or in my case the large crack. I contacted Garden Trading and after 9 days of hearing nothing I called them. I was then told that as I had not reported the damage upon delivery the crack had obviously occurred when I potted it. I'm pretty PO with GT blaming me for the damage and now I am out of pocket by £30.00 In this day and age you expect excellent customer service. In this case it was the worst of all. I was blamed and that was it. I would highly recommend that you avoid GT when wanting to purchase anything that "you are going to get blamed for damaging"! AVOID GARDEN TRADING LIKE THE PLAQUE!!!!
