Garden Trading Reviews

This was a very affordable door mat because it was on special price. It was just what I was looking for because it doesn’t have a waterproof back. So many do, but I wanted a mat that doesn’t hold the damp underneath.

Superb customer service. The courier service damaged my item in transit and proved difficult to deal with - so I spoke to Garden Trading and they apologised, even though it wasn't their fault, and sent me a new frame out by express delivery, arriving the next day!

Everything beautifully packaged, mostly in cardboard that could be recycled. Great products at good prices in the online sale.

Ordered on line and items arrived within 2 days.
Very pleased with items as we needed them for a wedding table for food.
Wanted to puchase more as everyone said how nice they were.
But sold out so soon, hopefully you canpurchase more later.

Bought a few pieces in the end of summer sale. Not only were these items great prices, super quality but they were more gorgeous than I thought they would be! Love Garden Trading never disappointed.

Great quality of blanket purchased in the sale. Looks exactly like the picture and super soft. Will definitely shop here again

Delivered as asked and perfect for my requirements, thank you

Super product, super service

No complaint about the product, but an excessive delivery charge for the highlands and islands!

A few quid more might be fair - but some couriers slap a massive surcharge on, whereas the post office won't charge you any more at all.

If you're a business who ships, consider this when you pick your courier - or expect bad reviews from people who live in remote places!

The customer services were great at correcting a wrong order and forwarded a reply paid format to return an item.

Efficient speedy delivery. Thank you.

My new Garden Chairs are so comfortable!
They look stunning!

Will definitely recommend
Thanks

Friendly delivery men and very helpful .product is lovely good quality .

I bought some beautiful items on 60% sale. Kept some for myself and others were gifts for first time home owners. Delivery was expensive for NI customers but was quick and efficient.

Had a damaged delivery on Friday 25th September 2026.
I immediately sent a message with photos attached and have still not had a response (other than a holding reply to my message) 5 days later.
This is a £200+ purchase.
I will update this once resolved.

Update
After 7 days I called them.
Phone was answered immediately (by Caroline) who was very apologetic. Offered me a discount on the damaged one or a replacement.
I went for the replacement.
As she promised, I had a lovely email an hour after my call and a replacement (with extra packaging) was delivered the next day (with the original collected at the same time).
The product is very good and I would happily buy from them again.

The products are great. The postage is far too much. Ordered 2 x2 tea towels. Order before was a peg basket. Don’t think I will order from you again. Too expensive postage!

Quality goods . Fast service
