The DPD delivery person dumped 2 boxes of bird food on a wet step in the poring rain. He was instructed to leave in the porch which he would have seen if up the correct drive. It’s not like DPD they are usually very good.
I give Garden Wildlife Direct their credit they sorted out the problem for me.
I have never had any problems before after years of being a customer so willingly gave 5 stars.

I am very happy with the Squirrel proof feeder (3 packs). Easy to clean the feeders. Value for money and fast delivery.

My friend bought a feeder advertised as "squirrel and large bird proof." Within minutes, she filmed a parakeet happily feeding from it. She contacted the company with the video as proof but the response was not helpful. According to this company, parakeets are not 'large birds' because they are 'quite light'. Oh, so now the customer needs to be an ornithologist? There are, like different kinds of snow for rail operators, obviously different types of 'large birds'. The disclaimer statement doesn't explicitly include parakeets either even though the company obviously knows the feeder won't work for them. It's also ridiculously large. I would never, ever shop with this company again and I strongly advise others to beware - they make sweeping claims then wriggle out of any responsibility. Don't waste your money!

I picked this company from a google search for online bird food suppliers. On the site, it offered a 20% discount on first order for signing up, I provided my details and that window gave me the code. I completed my order, almost £70 and expected on checkout to have an input box to enter the code. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. I wrote to the company who basically said to bad, can't do anything about it having paid for my order. They said I could order more items and then use the discount code. Dire customer service - be careful and I would not recommend to any other potential customer.

Good at last being able to use reward points with the everyday current offers. It’s rare that they allow you to do this, and I’ve had loads of points expire before being able to use them effectively. Very annoying!
The products are always good though, and if you get the offer price, good value!

Have been with you for years, prices the best for most of bird food. Quality good.

Easy to use website. All I need is there

I had a large order which included a rodent and large bird proof mealworm feeder. I allowed sometime for the birds to get used to it but not a single bird has used it.
I sent an e mail to them, no reply, two phone calls, “look into it” nothing. Phoned again today and a surly woman answered the phone. Wanted video evidence of the fault!
I asked for the name of the makers so I could contact them. No luck.

I paid £35 plus £6 or so for a baffle. Absolutely useless.

If you want polite,helpful staff this is not the firm to use.

Absolutely brilliant company who provide quality wild bird feeds & so much more,I've ordered twice once last Friday which came yesterday morning.And unfortunately for Garden Wildlife Direct I ordered again yesterday morning and it's already here even before 12 noon ( Great Logistics 👍 ) QUALITY SEED AT AMAZING PRICES...I think I may need some peanuts next and maybe suet bricks 🧱 Appreciate the great service and AMAZING PRICE'S ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always good value along with swift delivery. The only downside is the bombarding me with daily offers of discounts. Unless you are feeding birds on an industrial scale for me it's very annoying and a waste of time.

I would give this company zero stars if I could customer services are very rude they say they don't understand what u are complaining about in my eyes they don't give a monkeys how they treat customers belongs they get money off u who answers emails at midnight straight after u have sent one to them surely if it's a company u get no reply until a Monday if sent it late Saturday night they told me send item back if the feeder been unwrapped looked at get no refund how do I know what it is and if its correct item also why charge customers £7.50 is it because u know customers won't pay it money making company never shop with your company again SCAMMERS

I could not be more positive about this company! My first order arrived today and the quality of products is amazing for the price. I will be buying again!

Always packed securely, although on occasions the box is a bit worse for ware. Very good products
