I like how quickly Garner responds to questions and that I am getting help covering medical expenses. I do not like how long it takes to get reimbursed and I really do not like how you have to have every single provider at a facility added onto your care team it is a big hassle and confusing - for instance I went to physical therapy for a long time and instead of just anyone there being on my care team under the umbrella of the name of the facility I had to get the names of all 7 providers I saw while I was there added. Also, when I go to some doctors I do not know who I will end up seeing it is just who is available and then I never know if it will be covered or not so I don't know whether to pay with my FSA or hope Garner will pay but you won't know for weeks if it was covered or denied.

It is great that Garner reimburses you directly without you having to file anything. Consistent.

Garner Health was a great additional benefit for our family and the rise in copays. Really helped out when our daughter’s copay for surgery came in. Easy to add physicians to our team. User friendly app also!

What experience?? 5 years and used less than $10 dollars of it. When ever I need it it’s either to late or… its too late. Waste of my time and money

Don't always get reliable answers from agents and then things become unexpected expenses on certain items.
