I paid 41 dollars and it didn’t have the option for what I needed and when Dr checked on it they stated I didn’t even file I’m still having issues getting my intermittent fmla paperwork done it’s making things rough for me with my job

Garner has great customer service support and are quick in processing the reimbursement bills.

I am very pleased with my experience with Garner. It helps immensely to be reimbursed for all of the doctor appointments I have to go to. Especially with the high cost of my insurance through my employer, I am so thankful they have partnered with Garner. They make it so easy to add your providers as "top providers" in the app to qualify. The concierge chat service is super quick and efficient as well. Even if your provider is not listed as a top provider in the app, they will add them for you! Great company and highly recommend.

I love that I was able to save $1000 by using preferred providers that were already my doctors! I saved by getting $1000 returned to me after meeting the qualified minimum payments and using my own doctors who were in the network. It was easy and seamless in getting the reimbursement! It was automatic and nothing I needed to do.

The Garner Assistant is useless. It’s much easier to ask to chat with someone from the Concierge Team as they are most helpful and understand what the AI assistant does not. If I could give zero stars for the assistant, I would. However 5/5 for anyone I’ve spoken with on the Concierge Team every time. Also, I’d just like to add that Garner as a whole does not seem to understand that when you’re seeing someone in OB for pregnancy, there is usually not just one main OB physician. Most practices want you to see all providers in the practice, including nurse practitioners and midwives, as there is no way of knowing who is going to be on call when you go into active labor, etc.

Garner has been amazing to work with - the benefits almost feel too good to be true, but they really are! I recently had a medical emergency and, for the first time, didn't hesitate to go to the ER. Knowing I’d be reimbursed took away all the financial stress so I could just focus on getting better. I’m so grateful my company offers Garner!

Overall it’s nice, but I don't like that I have to see one of their approved doctors!
Just because they approve them doesn’t mean they are good, I should be able to use the money on any medical expenses.

Went to AFC urgent clinic you what pay Then me my wife went to tennova Hospital for CT Adam Shrewsberry he sent there for CT and AFC been 3or3 time

I can tell you at first I did not think the payout would be so easy and fast. I must say I'm beyond impressed.

I was skeptical initially, but Garner has exceeded my expectations. I believe the biggest value is their list / ratings of doctors across all specialties. Payments are timely. I’d highly recommend this system to anyone who wants to maximize their healthcare processes.

Everyone I spoke with was kind, attentive and extremely helpful. Going through tough medical diagnoses can be difficult but staff at Garner helped relieve the stress

Garner Health is great. I don't have to worry about finding a great doctor because they make it easy and they submit all receipts which my company reimburses. I don't have to worry about saving them or getting them submitted for refund.

It was good to find good rated doctors. It would be equally good for the users to share their feedback. Right now, the criteria for rating these doctors is not transparent.

To hard to file and get refund

Takes too long to process claims after carrier has processed.

First, the panel sucks. I would love to know the metrics behind how they choose the providers that meet their threshold. Second, it takes forever to get reimbursed

Everything has been extremely easy to navigate! And all reimbursements have been reviewed and paid very timely!
