It isnt the easiest app/ process to navigate but once you get it, its awesome.

Ever since I joined this program, I've been pleasantly surprised at how the program works! I have such a great company that I work for and they afford us every opportunity to become health conscious, both mental and physical and they reward us for our efforts. Garner is one of those programs and I'm so glad that I enrolled!

The whole experience from provider search to reimbursement is quick and painless. The concierge team is extremely responsive as needed!

A no brainer!
Why wouldn't I want to see a top provider AND get reimbursed? The best program!

The front end experience of making sure your provider is on the list or getting them added if they aren't feels a little tedious, but I love this service so much!!!! I was shocked how great this works and how much I get reimbursed! I get therapy for free now! Every concierge conversation has been respectful and handled in a timely manner. I make sure all my coworkers use this service!

I like that I was reimbursed for my health expenses, and with the concierge, it was easy to make sure all of my providers would be covered. However, sometimes the communication between the insurance and Garner took longer than anticipated and reimbursement was delayed.

Service is easy to use, The network of Doctors is very large and the reimbursement is straightforward

Having a medical emergency out of state the amount was applied to my spending limits but I dont get reimbursed so now Ive met my deductible and wont be able to use this benefit. Its honestly not beneficial I wish my employer didn’t switch to this at all!!!

I see all of my favorite doctors and therapist basically for free. I've been with Garner for about 9 months and I still have money available. The reimbursement process is painless and fast. The app is super easy to track claims and see when reimbursements will be deposited.

I love the whole Garner experience. The app is easy to use, direct deposit makes getting paid easy and fast, and they have most any doctor I would ever use available in their network. Its been a very pleasing experience getting my Co-pay money back every time I go to doctor.

There are many times when the insurance does not report claims to Garner. When I inquire about these claims and willing to provide documentation, Garner employees promptly shut me down and simply say wait eight weeks. Many times eight weeks pass by and the insurance company still have not provided documentation. I have these long and drawn out conversations with Garner pleading to allow me to submit documentation to no avail. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Using Garner Health has been a very positive experience. The app is simple and you get reimbursed quickly when you use the highly rated physicians. I wish we could use the Maps or PAs of the physicians but am told it has to be a physician providing the care. I have zero complaints!

Although I did end up having a lot of expenses reimbursed through Garner, I found myself having to continuously dispute claims that were originally deemed not covered when they should’ve been. Ultimately garner did follow through and reimburse however the process of appealing most claims was time consuming and unnecessary

Finding a top provider exceeded my expectations about the service and was the first time in a long time I felt like my provider cared about my care.

Good concept, but very limited choices of physicians that are covered in the program. My family see many specialists but more than half of these specialists are not covered. Also, I cannot choose a practice, have to choose a specific doctor. Even if the doctor is covered, when I go to see my doctor but end up seeing his NP or PA, it's not covered.

Here are some real numbers to illustrate the point: YTD my family has spent more than $7000 out of pocket (after insurance paid their portion), and we got less than $300 back with the Garner program.

Love anything that makes my doctors visits cheaper!

My experience with Garner is always positive, Garner is always helpful and very quick to answer questions. My coworkers feel the same way .
