I ordered two USB phone cables on 16/06/26. The cables didn’t arrive, and there has been zero communication despite multiple emails. Paid via PayPal, and received an immediate refund. I can't recommend using this company.

Ordered a charger from them and it took 3 weeks to be delivered! No updates from them, and no responses to my emails asking for an update.

seem a bit scam using gmail account to buy broken samsung phones

Placed an order for a set of earphones and an adaptor and I only received the adaptor. I emailed the customer service address to say I had an item MISSING and received one line,"Sorry your item was damaged". Avoid unless you want to throw money away.

Ordered a Samsung 25W charger and cable. Only received the charger, cable was missing. Sent several emails and got no response. Avoid this company, maybe they need reporting to trading standards.

I ordered and paid for 2 x genuine Samsung charger cables and plugs for my elderly father who's chargers had stopped working. his phone is a lifeline...
To ensure fast delivery I paid for Royal Mail Next Working Day at 14.99. Order confirmed at 10:29 on 24th June well before the cut off for next day delivery. Shop tracking advises that it is in fact with Yodel and is not du for delivery until 27th. There are no answers to my emails. It feels like a total misrepresentation. So annoyed that I ordered from here...

Don't buy anything. I received a faulty sky remote control. I sent numerous emails and they did not respond. Talks about returning faulty items, but gives no address

Order placed 5 June. Now 23 June. Order untrackable on Royal Mail website using reference given by GB Mobile. Had to email GB Mobile for 2nd time this evening to chase delivery as they didn’t reply to first email

I ordered a Huawei branded 100 watt charger and USB C cable from this company. Their website heading clearly stated it was a genuine Huawei charger, and the photos showed this too. I ordered this on a Friday about 2pm, before their 4pm order dispatch cut off. It was eventually dispatched the next Wednesday. I paid extra for a 48 hour service and it was sent by Yodel, and delivered 3 days later on the Saturday. Opening the jiffy bag I saw that it was an Honor branded charger. On the Monday I emailed them asking how to return it for a full refund, no reply. I chased them up on the Tuesday, again no response. Very fortunately I paid by PayPal so I opened up a dispute with them for incorrect goods. Got an immediate refund, so excellent service, unlike the atrocious service from GB Mobile. Avoid these imbeciles like the plague, they are inept, liars, inefficient and utterly useless.

Ordered an item on the 9th June it's now the 18th it hasn't arrived. I emailed asking for an update and have received no response. I shall now have to attempt to get a refund.

Wish id of come to trustpilot before buying

Awful company !!

I ordered 2 phone charger cables from this company, at first everything went well, the goods were dispatched quickly and delivered as promised. However the company sent the wrong items, I received 2 headphone adapters. I contacted the company twice by email , I have had no response to either email. In the circumstances I really don't feel that I could recommend using this company

Not received my order. Paid for express delivery. Rubbish tracking that said I should expect delivery today. No delivery
I want a refund before I report your company for fraud

Worst company i ever dealt with !
Ordered some wired earphones for a long haul flight over a week ago with next day dispatch, i was given a Royal Mail tracking number & i checked yesterday & Royal Mail have not recieved the item from them. I emailed GB Mobile straight away asking fir a full refund as i am going away tomorrow morning, i then ordered the earphones on Amazon which were delivered in 15hrs, i wished i had never found the gbmobile website !
P.S GB Mobile have not replied to my email so i will now contact my bank & report a fraudulent transaction.

the items purchased didn't fit my xperia phone I have emailed them twice to no avail or answer ,when I tried to click on their website the antivirus on my PC went berserk .AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a charger, but when it arrived it was the wrong one. I have emailed several times and got no response.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Wish I had checked the reviews before I placed order.
Don’t know how the company gets away with this.

Faulty product email sent and duly ignored

I wish I had read the reviews first. I am unsure if I received the correct item as it has a different number on the charging plug to that on the website. As I did not wish to potentially damage my phone, I sent an email to ask about it and request a return if the wrong item. I had 1 reply to which I replied, then nothing after 2 further emails to them. I would 100% never buy from this website again.
However GB Mobile is also on eBay. If you purchase from there you DO eventually get replies - though very brief and delayed. Apparently the 2 different offices do not talk to one another. In addition you are covered by eBay money back guarantee. So I would purchase their products on eBay instead.

Awful to get hold off. Dispatched an order I told them to amend before dispatching. Emailed them as you cannot call them. No reply to any of my emails!

Charger arrived as promised, on time, and exactly as described. A Samsung SUPER FAST CHARGER. (The genuine article). Thanks for a great deal.
