Hi I have had good experiences with this company previously however I have recently emailed them regarding some products and have totally ignored not only is that terrible business practice but very rude very disappointing

"Genuine" Pixel headphone adaptor ordered. Unit arrived in plain pack with no instructions. Could not be made to work. Eventually got a refund after nearly 8 weeks, no response from company until Paypal dispute process invoked, and even then they delayed until Paypal decided in my favour. Will not use this company again, they do not deserve to be in business.

Easy to navigate website plus speedy delivery.

I ordered a charger from GB Mobile, I got the automated Shopify email to say it had been received, 5 days later I hadn't received anything and tracking didn't even show as dispatched, I had paid extra for faster shipping (First Class, so this is appalling). I emailed them FOUR times and filled in the contact form TWICE and didn't hear anything, don't even know if the email still exists, no confirmation no response just silence. Finally after 10 DAYS, just before I was about to phone my credit card company and dispute the charge, I got an email to say your order has been dispatched, then serval days later it turned up, it took significantly longer than I expected and even then first class took longer than normal. Luckily the charger worked but I dread to think what would have happened if I needed product support. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL WAIT AGES BEFORE SOMETHING HOPEFULLY ARRIVES!

Phone charger cable not fit for purpose.
8 hour charge fails to exceed 65% and far too slow. Email to company no reply.
Purchase too small to chase refund or replacement. I'll avoid any future business though

I wasn't kept updated with when my order was going to be received. I sent 3 emails asking what was going on with my order with no reply. I did say if you don't reply I will have to take up the issue with PayPal as that's how I paid. I eventually received my order.

Not sure why I'm giving so many stars except that I eventually got my order. After a week waiting for the email saying my order had been dispatched I emailed the company. When I hadn't received a response I messaged them via their contact page on their website (now 10 days after ordering), I then received a response, no apology or explanation though. Eventually got what I ordered.

Item arrived promptly, good price

The item took about two weeks to deliver . When I asked where it was you did not have the courtesy to reply. I accept that things can go wrong but there is no excuse for such lack of customer care.

Placed my order over a week ago and received no confirmation of postage. I contacted the seller via email as this is the only way to contact them and received no response. I contacted PayPal to open a case which they did and within a couple of hours my order was dispatched! I only gave 2 stars as I actually received my order, the customer service is appalling, I will not be buying from here again.

Ordered a phone charger for my wife from GB Mobile, on 18th of July, received order confirmation, money was taken, then heard nothing, tried to email customer support, only for my phone provider to inform me, the email was an invalid email, then low and behold 15 days later, my order arrives via Royal Mail, I must admit the charger is exactly what we ordered, but the speed of delivery, and no contact from the company, would make me not want to use this company again, before writing this review, I read some of the existing reviews, and they are totally shocking to read, I think we were very lucky to receive our Order

Ordered an adapter heard nothing tried to contact them no reply money taken out of account but then it arrived and alls well

Unfortunately my item hasn’t been dispatched (purchased 19 days ago). I have contacted GB Mobile several times but have had no response. Will not be using them again.

I placed an order for a phone charger. The advice on tracking was to use the SHOP app which told me that the item has been delivered which it hadn't. I have emailed several times and used the online form but received nothing in response. I am coming to the conclusion that this is a scam

Agree with previous reviews. I placed an order, money was taken and I did not receive anything. I sent several emails to GB Mobile without response. Money is gone. I encourage anyone who has had a similar issue to raise it with their bank so action is taken against this merchant.

Ahmed RAHIMTULLA, the owner of GB Mobile is a con man (sue me if you like). It would seem that he doesn't send out low cost items in the belief that people will give up chasing him. I would urge all people who have been conned by him to get their bank to do a charge back regardless of the amount. It will cost him more than if he would have sent the product in the first place. It might be the only way stop this charlatan from continuing his sham of a company.

ordered an adapter with same day delivery. a week later, still nothing. it seems it is a common trend for this company to simply ignore half of their orders, and the customer support is nonexistent.
