Terrible!!!
I received a faulty plug, they asked me to send it back for “testing” didn’t apologise or offer a replacement!
I had paid for express shipping as my daughter was without a charger.
They were just very short, rude and unprofessional.
Do not buy from this company!!

I was initially weary about ordering from here. I didn't check reviews until after I bought a Google Pixel charger for £20 (£21.50 for fast delivery). The Google website shop was selling it for £25 (£30 for fast delivery), so I thought this was a better deal. After I placed my order, I read reviews here and was doubtful of GB Mobile's legitimacy, especially since some reviews looked fake. I'm happy to say that I received my item on time, and was kept up-to-date with online tracking. I know it was only a small order, but I am a happy customer.

Good product fast postage

Avoid. Their despatch policy is bogus. Their customer service unhelpful and their refund policy seems non existent. If you can use Amazon.

Sent completely wrong lead . Don't even think it is original samsung part no markings on it .waste of money

Your company can listen to what the customer actually needs.
And can sort out errors they have made.
They can get orders sent out so they can arrive on time too.

Very unclear advertising of products, very unhelpful customer service too.
Don't bother.

Bought an 'official' Samsung USB-C cable which worked fine for a a couple of weeks.

One day whilst driving the cable was plugged into the car but not any device. I smelt burning to find the cable had set on fire. Luckily I managed to pull over and put it out before any serious damage happened.

Never had anything like that happen but for sure was not an official cable.

They did refund the cable which I had to return.

Update: They never issued a refund and went silent with communications. I had to contact my card company to get the funds back. Avoid at all costs.

They sent a product of goods to me that l did not order. I sent 3 or 4 emails asking for support couldn't find a customer service phone they did not respond to my emails or any further contact after they were paid,I have goods l don't need,l have instructed family and friends not to trade with this company and google and yourselves should not have anything to do with them,bad business policy!!!!

Hi I have had good experiences with this company previously however I have recently emailed them regarding some products and have totally ignored not only is that terrible business practice but very rude very disappointing

"Genuine" Pixel headphone adaptor ordered. Unit arrived in plain pack with no instructions. Could not be made to work. Eventually got a refund after nearly 8 weeks, no response from company until Paypal dispute process invoked, and even then they delayed until Paypal decided in my favour. Will not use this company again, they do not deserve to be in business.

Easy to navigate website plus speedy delivery.

I ordered a charger from GB Mobile, I got the automated Shopify email to say it had been received, 5 days later I hadn't received anything and tracking didn't even show as dispatched, I had paid extra for faster shipping (First Class, so this is appalling). I emailed them FOUR times and filled in the contact form TWICE and didn't hear anything, don't even know if the email still exists, no confirmation no response just silence. Finally after 10 DAYS, just before I was about to phone my credit card company and dispute the charge, I got an email to say your order has been dispatched, then serval days later it turned up, it took significantly longer than I expected and even then first class took longer than normal. Luckily the charger worked but I dread to think what would have happened if I needed product support. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL WAIT AGES BEFORE SOMETHING HOPEFULLY ARRIVES!

Phone charger cable not fit for purpose.
8 hour charge fails to exceed 65% and far too slow. Email to company no reply.
Purchase too small to chase refund or replacement. I'll avoid any future business though
