I placed an order for two cables and the wrong ones were sent. Despite sending emails to them several times I have never had a response and have now given up on ever getting one, the right cables or a refund. They say they respond within 48 hrs to complaints but I can confirm they don't respond at all.

Product was faulty. Emailed the company 4 times to enquire about refund or replacement and had no response. do not use this company.

Ordered earphones on 2 March. No sign of them. No replies to emails or web form from company. No way of tracking the order - message from
Royal Mail still says we will be in touch. Clear that order has not been sent. How do I get order sent or refunded? Strongly advise others not to use this company. ‘Free postage’ means ‘no postage’.

Inconsistent company with non-existent customer service. My first order was fine, I was actually surprised that a pair of headphones costing £6.99 was sent recorded post, it surpassed my expectations. So I ordered another pair on 25th January, they haven't turned up of course, the tracking number is useless, my emails to customer service have received no reply, even when I marked them as a complaint, and there's no contact number to get hold of anyone. I'm glad I haven't bought something expensive.
In summary don't waste your time, money and energy with this lot. In this day and age it's just not good enough. They don't deserve to get rich by providing absolutely nothing.

Gbmobile sold me a Xiaomi charging cable which they fraudulently claimed to be compatible with Xiaomi 12T phone. They refused to send me an RMA to effect a full refund. They continuously fobbed me off with ridiculous requests and idiotic questions. Obviously a ploy to frustrate me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. Sara you know who I am talking about!!!!!!

I ordered a phone charger on 4th December 2025 and after e-mailing 4 times chasing delivery with no response I received an e-mail mid January 2026 from Sara asking if I still required the charger or a refund, I replied asking for the latter and to this day I still haven't received it. The customer service from this company is worse than hopeless.

I still haven’t received my order, which was made and paid for on 24/01/26. The tracking number provided does not show any update and I have yet to receive any response to two emails I’ve sent asking for an update.

Having used existing combinations of leads and chargers for a month or two and having to wait for half a day to charge my S23, I found what claimed to be the designated S23 combo. Phone now charges in under two hours from 5%. It came well packaged, on time and work brilliantly. Thanks.

Unlike Amazon, the cable you sold me is actually the 40w fast charger for Huawei P30 Pro. Various ones I have bought on amazon claiming to be the fast charge cables for my phone are not, I was constantly getting screen messages saying please use the cable that came with your device. I shall buy some more from you very soon.

I used to buy all my mobile accessories on Ebay and always ended up with unusable fake products. Hence I am so glad I found GB Mobile.They have a very easy to navigate website and ordering process, you get exactly what you see on the website at a very competitive price and the order arrives promptly.
