The laptop looks like new and performs without fault.

I ordered a custom laptop in 2024 with a 3 year warranty and I’ve not had a problem with it since! I’ve used it for playing games with friends, video chatting, and digital art. Overall excellent service!

My laptop was delivered in 3 weeks and I was impressed with the appearance of the machine and the information supplied with it.
Unfortunately I had problems using it and I emailed Gadget Centre. I got a prompt reply and after sending details they asked me to return the laptop. They sent a postage paid label for this.
They tested the laptop and found nothing wrong with it, so they returned it.
I now believe that the problem was entirely due to my unfamiliarity with this particular Dell machine. I am now using it and I am very pleased with it.
Before they sent it back I asked if they could provide a note identifying the various ports on the laptop. I was very pleased to find an enclosed handwritten explanation of the ports and their uses. This is not something that every business would do.

Although I feel somewhat foolish for unnecessarily sending the laptop back, it has provided a good test of Gadget Centre's guarantee process and customer service, which I rate as excellent.

Ordered just before Christmas, it was delivered perfectly. Easy to get up and running to performing just like a new laptop. External appearance is excellent. 10 out of 10 Gadget Centre.

My experience with Gadget centre was 1st class. The laptop is running amazing and you would honestly think it is a new laptop.
I have spoke to my friends and family dont by new go to Gadget Centre.

Having made the choice of components, (noting items it wasn't possible to mandate) and placed the order, I made an enquiry and was pleased to receive an answer a couple of working days later. The laptop arrived soon afterwards beautifully and securely packed and has so far met all expectations both cosmetic and functional. Before ordering and having seen some 'are you real' questions I did do some basic research of my own to locate their promises and to verify the company registration which occurred in 2022. Very glad I decided to make this choice, saving money and reusing things that need not be thrown away.

Having used an old PC running w7,the laptop from the GC is a delight.Very quick service,well packaged and exactly what I wanted.Couldnt fault them .

Very friendly service, I did purchase at Christmas therefore was a little slower but that I think was down to demand. Laptop is good not as fast as I was expecting but dose everything this type of unit is supposed to do.

Very reasonably priced, Excellent quality and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had some issues (Cosmetic) with the laptop. The laptop was replaced immediately without any fuss at all. One of my IT industry friend was very impressed with the Laptop.

Sold me a laptop with an obsolete processor and a superseded OS, which couldn’t be updated owing to the obsolete processor. They knew this. Also the battery lasted 20 minutes the first time I used it not plugged in. Absolute rip off. Hard avoid.

It was so easy to spec my laptop, with the build process very transparent and easy to follow. Despite ordering during the Xmas holiday, my laptop arrived early in the New Year. Great service from a great company.

Ordered a specific laptop to replace my hp PC. The little laptop is more than enough I need for general use. I won't go into the spec but the price for the spec was brilliant. It looks like new! The process of ordering couldn't be simpler. Highly recommended. Cheers.

I recently ordered a highly specified laptop from this supplier on 3/12/25.
It was delivered on 12/12/25, which I thought was pretty good considering the time of year.
I decided the laptop wasn't for me, for reasons not related to quality.
Feedback from the company was excellent, and I received full instructions on how to return the item. Thank you Jake and Dylan.
I received a full refund on 30/12/25.

When I found this link to the gadget centre, I was dubious about it ....I read loads of reviews and decided to give them a go. I love the Dell that I got sent, it does everything asked if it. It's fast and great for my video editing, so on that front it would be a 5 star review, but what let's it down is the delivery time. I have no problem waiting...top of my head, I think it was just over a month until it arrived. Their info when purchasing states considerably less time. If you changed that in your promotional info, then people would know there is demand and that there will be a wait for their laptop. I emailed once as you start to think something dodgy is going on....but the truth is, they are busy doing lots of orders....and this is fine as well, just make it known and give the real "wait time" when people order. To be clear, this is a genuine firm, great product, just a long wait for delivery, but I would 100% order again as what you get for the price, is brilliant. Thank you for my laptop.I urge anyone to use this small business.

A very bespoke service, I was able to build my own laptop so that I could get exactly what I needed without having to negotiate any of the 'big sell' tactics that you get from the bigger companies. The process was easy and the laptop arrived in good time.
