Don't waste your money
There's got to be something wrong with their quality control.
I bought a Geekom PC and within months, it was having problems when powering on. I sent it in for a replacement.
The replacement also had serious problems. It would randomly freeze every 3-4 days when doing only light tasks like Zoom calls. Again, I sent it back for a replacement, but this time I had to wear the postage costs because of their returns policy.
I gifted the second replacement PC to my father, who has reported that it has restarted randomly while editing Word documents several times in only a few months. I'm embarrassed to have gifted him a dud.
Customer service was responsive, however, English doesn't seem to be their first language, leading to much frustration.
They refused to issue me a refund which I am entitled to under Australian consumer law. Frankly, I don't have the time or energy to pursue legal action. I'll just have to take it as a very expensive lesson, which I'm hoping you can benefit from.
Don't waste your time or money on Geekom. Spend your money on a more reputable brand.

Powerful Mini PC for demoing games
Work in Gaming and need a powerful but superlight weight set of PCs I could take to trade shows to demo titles. Latest Integrated Graphics handle games as good as many dedicated GPUs but in a smaller package.

Ordered the mechanical keyboard and mouse set. Unfortunately, the package arrived incomplete, but customer service was outstanding in correcting the error. Replacement has been received. My Geekom experience
I recently purchased a Geekom A-8 mini pc online, the delivery was remarkably quick which was a great surprise. A missing element in the shipping order was dealt with immediately, a second great surprise.
The Geekom A-8 is a wonderful little pc, packed with plenty of grunt to get my video editing done and more. I'm super happy with this purchase.
The Geekom sales department were extremely helpful with the delivery and the communication in general was very thorough.
I would give Geekom a 10 out of 10 for the product and service. I am also happy to recommend this brand to others.

Exceptional Customer service
We ordered and quickly received our first Mini PC from Geekom, which appeared to be an amazing piece of equipment, given my previous limited experience of Desktop PC’s. Unfortunately, shortly after connecting and starting the mini I experienced some problems with updates failing. I am not overly computer literate and was worried about correcting the problem.
I need not have been, Peter, and the after sales team were stars. Numerous emails were exchanged and replies were always received within 24 hours. Unfortunately, even with their guidance I was unable to resolve the issue locally, due I suspect to my lack of computer literacy, but again Geekom came to the rescue and provided a replacement Mini PC.
No debate required and no postal charges for myself. The service I received can only be described as exceptional and I would happily use this company again.

I purchased the GEEKOM A8 Ryzen 9 Windows 11 Pro. I had a couple of issues after set up and the help crew at Geekom responded quickly and professionally, with a solution and easy to understand instructions, which worked perfectly. Top pre & post sales plus tech support for newcomer to Geek PCs
A newcomer to Geek and micro PC's.
Pre & post sales queries re cost was rapidly resolved - and in my favour.
That was followed by resolution of a technical query with careful attention to my need for that resolution to be rapid.
Excellent service and a great product. Convenient in size, not lacking any required connections and ridiculously simple means of disk expansion. (No idea what I will do with an extra terabyte at the moment. )
Quite convinced that I should continue with Geekom the future.

XT11 to XT13
I initially purchased a XT11 i7 but it failed after a few weeks as it was a run out model I paided an extra $250 to get a XT13. There was a problem with Wake on Lan it was fixed. Everything I do working as expected. The only niggle is the slow response from support - they should create a support site.

Completed my first purchase from Geekom and I am based in Australia. I must say that the the delivery was was fast and best thing was I got informed along the way.
The setup was easy with Windows already installed and a normal windows setup was the process. Added a number of software so far with no issues in use!!!

Great Little PC, Horrible Buying Experience!
This was a difficult and stressful purchase. As a first-time customer I was offered a voucher code for $20 off. When I applied the code at the ckeckout, it was accepted but the discount appeared as $0. So, no discount! Next, I tried to pay with Google Pay but an error message said "something has gone wrong". The message was not specific so I didn't know what the problem was. I tried Google Pay again with another payment card but the result was the same.
I gave up and paid directly with my credit card. Next I received an email and text message from my credit card provider telling me that my card was blocked because the transaction looked suspicious. This was possibly due to the payment going to Honk Kong, rather than being processed in Australia. At this point I wondered if the whole GEEKOM.AU website was a scam.
I contacted my credit card provider and authorised the payment, but later discovered that they had charged me an international transaction fee, which I wasn't expecting.
I received an email confirming my purchase, explaining that a further email would be sent once processing was complete. I received that email the following day and it contained a tracking number and a link to track my shipment. The tracking number was not recognised on the tracking website! I was left wondering where my parcel was.
A couple of days later my mini PC was delivered and I am delighted with it.
In summary:
* No discount
* A payment method that wouldn't work
* Dubious website with AU domain, apparently operated from HK
* I had to deal with my credit card provider (never any fun!)
* Promised parcel tracking didn't work
* An excellent PC is delivered promptly, and is worth the buying hassle
I would have preferred to buy my GEEKOM PC from a retail store, or online from a retailer with a good reputation. Having said that, I am now confident in buying from geekom.au. I highly recommend the GEEKOM A8.
