Delivery took longer than committed on your website

The delivery arrived later than the date committed on your website. It was supposed to be delivered on 24 May but was not received until 26 May.
Additionally, the customer service experience was disappointing. There appears to be no direct way to contact support other than email, which made it difficult to get timely updates regarding the delay.

Very disappointed with the service. The order was promised for delivery on 2 June 2026, but it did not arrive until 8 June 2026. The delay was frustrating, especially as there was no effective way to contact customer support other than email. Better communication and customer service are needed.
