Akko is very good at handling claims, been with them for a few years. Anytime my devices have an issue they get my claims handled and my devices repaired in a timely manner.

Great east process. Once you add your devices, email to make sure pictures are good before just assuming they are. Because it may not be valid when you file a claim. Other than that, great process. All my devices are covered.

This is my second time using Akko, it's hard to believe how easy it is to use and to resolve claims. You have to take and post pictures to the app of your insured item and that can be a little tricky since they need to see that all is on the up and up. Once it's all approved you're good to go and you can rest easy knowing your phone (etc) will be either repaired or replaced. Highly recommended!

I've had to claim 2 phones now and the claim process never took longer than 2 weeks. Can't recommend them enough.

Phone repair Fixcenter recommended Akko after they fixed my screen that cost me$300 something dollars. Less than a year later my screen went bad and after uploaded damage to AkkApp they approved my claim and got phone repaired hassle free.

I recently had to replace my iPhone due to a cellular issue, and Akko made the entire process incredibly smooth. The claim was handled quickly and efficiently, with no runaround or endless waiting.
What really stands out is the price! Akko is significantly cheaper than AppleCare for each device, which is a huge deal when you're on a student budget. You get really good coverage across all devices without breaking the bank. I even added my DJ equipment!

My iPad stopped working and I filed a claim with Akko. The representative who assisted me was very courteous and extremely expedient. My case wasn’t a regular one — when the claim was approved, I was out of the country. I asked the representative to hold the exchange until I returned, and she kindly did so. Upon my arrival, I received the payment without any issue. As usual, Akko responded promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!

They took my money but failed to communicate with me properly. No phone support to call. I've requested to cancel the service but we'll see if they actually do. Can i give a star NEGATIVE review??? If they don't promptly refund my $24.95, I will give as many bad reviews as I can, anywhere I have the option. I will also be calling my bank soon if I don't get a prompt refund.
