My experience was fantastic! Got to pick my own repair shop which was extremely convenient, and payout was made within 24 hours! Customer service was superb. 10/10.

Love the service very affordable and give you peace of mind. Responses very quick especially they send reimbursement or payment via venmo very quickly!

I have had two claims with akko and they all got accepted I have yet to have any problems with them, it's almost to good to be true how much they cover!

WOW. AKKO seems too good to be true, but I guess it isn't? They worked with my Apple provider to ensure/pay for the fix. What amazes me most is they will cover not just your phone or computer but like all the electronics in your house. How is this even possible? I don't understand...but I don't know if i need to. I'm just thrilled it exists.

I had a TV accidental claim and althought I had some issues with the initial registration of the device, AKKO processed the claim and worked like a charm.

I needed a replacement back glass for an iPhone. The claim process was straightforward, approval prompt, and reimbursement immediate!

AKKO could have had slightly quicker response times, but even still they were very quick compared to their competition and were very willing and helpful.
