Sérieux et support réactif

J’ai acheté un billet de ferry entre lombok et Gili air, j’ai eu un soucis qui m’empêchais d’ouvrir le « ticket » reçu par mail. J’ai écris au support GetByFerry, ils m’ont répondu très rapidement et renvoyé le ticket.

Il était noté « billet à imprimer impérativement » et au final c’est juste qu’il faut aller chercher le « vrai » billet en papier au comptoir de la compagnie, sur la base du billet reçu par mail.

Tout s’est bien passé, le site est sérieux, et le support très réactif par mail.

No ticket received

I bought a ferry ticket from nusa penida to sanur and got 4 email from them at the same time how it could take a little longer until the ticket is ready. Now 24h after buying the ticket I still dont have one and my ferry goes in a few hours. Just had to buy a second ticket on another side so I can for sure leave today. The other side worked perfectly fine and I had a ticket after 5 minutes.

Extortion

Most expensive bus you’ll pay for in Albania. Seats were broken. Refused to put on aircon. And they’ll charge you to stow your bags under the bus 2 euros. Genuine extortion.

I bought bus ticket on getbybus.com…

I bought bus ticket on getbybus.com from budva to tirana. Although the bus did never come to the bus station, they claimed that the bus had come and left! I contacted the bus company dritta travel for refund. They told me that I had bought the ticket from getbybus.com, I had to ask for refund from them. Then I contacted getbybus.com, they told me that as the company did not accept to give refund to them, they cannot give refund to me, too! They are working with untrustworthy bus companies and when there is an issue, they give all responsiblity to the bus company itself! So, I suggest you not to ever buy a ticket from this website!

GetByBus ändert den Abfahrtsort und übernimmt keine Verantwortung für falsche informationen

Leider hat uns GetByBus einen Abend vor der Abfahrt den Flaschen Abfahrtort genannt, mit dem Ergebnis, dass der Bus am Ursprünglichen Terminal abfuhr.
Die wesentlich teurere ersatzfshrt wird uns leider ebenfalls nicht erstattet.
Sehr schade und schlechter Service.
Greift lieber auf andere Anbieter zurück.
