I haven’t been using it for very long but I love how it goes on. Not greasy and it is absorbed quickly. My skin feels smooth and supple. Will continue to purchase.

Total scam! Do not buy from getcellu.com. They trap you into a hidden monthly subscription without your explicit consent. When they illegally charged my card $83.99 for a second package, I complained immediately.
Their website explicitly claims a "60-day satisfaction guarantee" and their FAQ clearly states: "You do not need to return the product." Yet, their customer care agent "Kate" is completely ignoring their own official policy.
To make matters worse, they are demanding that I pay out of my own pocket to ship a package back to an address in China—even though their tracking system shows the package has NEVER even been delivered to me and is still delayed in transit! It is an absolute joke.
They use psychological exhaustion tactics, starting with a 15% refund offer, then 25%, then 50%, trying to make you give up. I refuse to give up. I have already contacted my bank to open a formal fraudulent billing chargeback dispute, and I have reported them to consumer protection agencies.
Stay far away from this dishonest company!

Do not order direct from Cellu, better to get from Amazon or anywhere else.
Unfortunately I’m another customer scammed.
I never received my first order. It was to be delivered to my home, their reason I didn’t have it was that I didn’t collect it??
Then lo and behold, like the others I’m being scammed and two more payments went out my account on a subscription I didn’t sign up to.
Their customer service is diabolical, it doesn’t seem that their staff understand what their job is.
I just hope this review helps other people to not make the same mistake.
The cream is also rubbish.

The product was okay, but I didn't need as much. My contact with customer service was very fast and friendly. got everything taken care of within 2 days.

As with many of the reviews on here, I made a one off purchase and then got hit with another payment. I didn't sign up for a subscription, so why do they think i've ordered again. This company is clearly a scam.

The product absorbs well and leaves the skin feeling very smooth. I am just finishing my first pot. I ordered 3 to see how it worked over a period before subscribing. So far so good!

I have been using Cellu cream and overnight oil for crepey, lined skin for about a month and noticed a difference to my arms, legs and face. The wrinkles on my face have diminished and my skin does look plumper. My arms and legs don't look so papery now. The oil is a great moisturiser too. When I have emailed the company with any questions I had they replied immediately. I have chosen not to subscribe at the moment and the company have not pressured me to do so. I have recommended the products to my friends and family.

I was assisted by your customer service representative to cancel my subscription to Cellu. I love the product and will purchase it again, but I prefer not to carry a subscription. I will pay for a single delivery when I need it. Thanks for all your kind support!!

Definitely improves skin texture. Not so keen on the smell.

It makes a lovely change for customer services to respond to a query about delivery/tracking. Excellent customer service on this occasion!

Customer care was excellent. I had an almost immediate response to my concern about a missing package.
I wish the delivery was as diligent. It makes no sense to me that delivery will mark a package as delivered, even though it might not be, and drop a pin at some random spot (mine is at a bus stop about a mile and a half away). This puts the onus of continuing to watch for the package on me.

Nice oil -I use on my upper arms inside and backs , stomach and thighs (all the way around) I lost 30 lbs and my skin is sagging . The Cellu oil applied at night appears to be helping to smooth out & tighten my loose skin.

When I placed 1st order I had agreed to subscription by mistake which I didn't Want. Contacted customer service representative and she was brilliant replying promptly and was very helpful with the cancellation of my subscription. I am still receiving my order and will definitely purchase again when I require more. On a budget so didn't want to commit to a regular subscription.

After trying to manage things myself, customer support took over and dealt with my problem.
