Absolute scam! Buyers beware.
Purchasing from this company, they automatically sign you up to an ongoing monthly subscription and cancelling via their website is purposely made to be near impossible.

I have contacted this CELLU company in regards to the "automatic' 4 weeks subscription - which i did not sign or gave me approval to. After several failed mails- i was able to locate customer service- As expected with those surreptitious companies who sneakily put a tiny subscription thingy as you buy the product not suspecting what you are letting yourself into- As expected i was subscribed WITHOUT my consent to this subscription- If the product is 100dollars- you can expect them to get into your account and take another 100 dollars the next month- They wer prompt to remove it once i told them i am putting this exp on Trust Pilot.

Should have checked Trustpilot before ordering. Subscription tricks - not originally ordered under a subscription, yet hit with a recurring charge on an order that they said was confirmed. A Second order was not confirmed and even though I tried to stop the fulfillment of a second order, I was charged and then offered a 20% refund of the unauthorized charge. Still working on a refund of the original order...definitely not a risk-free return process. Returns to China not U.S. domestic.

Excellent customer care service relating to an unintentional subscription. I contacted them as soon as I noticed another unexpected order confirmation and Paypal payment. The subscription was cancelled and a refund issued very promptly with absolutely no fuss.

This cream makes my skin feel so good. I’ve even gotten compliments about how good I look.

Product is unreliable in quality and doesn’t have lasting effect. Skin only looks good until oil absorbs. Also seems to be drying out. First bottle smelled fun and then next 3 were rancid and awful. Customer service said it’s just bc it’s natural products and ignore the smell. I don’t want to smell like wet socks so no thank you. I would not trust them.

Product does not help firm crepe skin at all if that’s what you want it for even though it states it does been using over a month twice daily with absolutely no change, but is a good moisturiser for dry skin, also beware when you buy it without subscription they still charge you for subscription

Be aware -,although they say there is a 60 day return policy- you have to pay for shipping back to China - they know the cost is prohibitive and they offer you a15% refund, then 25% - then 50% -
Also - while the firming oil says it’s free of added fragrance- it has a very strong scent and was unpleasant to me

I will never order from this company again

Wish shipping was quicker though

8 emails and 10 days later still trying to resolve an auto subscription I did not elect to opt into with no joy.
