I had mistakenly ordered the item with a recurring 4 week delivery once I contacted the company and explained i did not require this; they very efficiently removed for me.

I had a query and decided to email customer services.
I had a response within an hour from Mathilda, who answered my query immediately. Mathilda also followed up the next day to check i was happy that i was able to deal via a link.
I have never had such excellent customer service from a company online.
Thank you Mathilda your an asset to the company.

First order took over 4 weeks to be delivered. They took payment for another bottle in early August as they claimed I had subscribed, I had not even received first bottle. 6 weeks later still waiting for second bottle. They say they are looking into. In my experience this is a dishonest company. And their product is thick, sticky and does not absorb into skin , it just sits on top of skin and feels sticky.

Cellu responded to my loss. Many would just ignore it. I consider cellu a very reputable company.

They sent me exactly what I ordered and haven’t pressured me to sign up for a subscription. So far, I really like the product. It has only been two weeks. It is very moisturizing without leaving a sticky feel.

Mathilda took such great care of my concern. She explained what I needed to do and even followed up to see if everything was taken care of. She went above and beyond!

It’s thick, almost castor oil feel, but goes on smoother. Using it daily after shower. My skin just soaks it up and thus far looking good. Especially on the arm crepe “creeping” up!!!

I love the way it smells & feels. The only thing i don't like is it doesn't rub in as quick as they say. Would still buy it again though

I ordered the oil but now need to order the cream as the oil doesn't go very far.
Upon 2 applications my arms are much less scaly and dry looking. Amazing.
