Cellu 

Ordered a bottle of the oil, nice enough but not the miracle they promise. Also, as other reviews have pointed out, they then sent an email saying 'my order was on its way' ... only I hadn't placed a second order, and they automatically took money from my credit card! Absolutely furious. BEWARE.

Product didn't work to be honest and like all subscriptions you only realise when the next order is on the way. Annoying really.

Really prompt and helpful customer service

I love using Cellu oil on my face and body, I use it in the evening before bed after taking my shower on my face arm and body and when I wake up in the morning I can see the difference on my face it look more plum and smooth, I will continue using this oil every day, soon I will make another order, thank you.

I did not knowingly subscribe. When I requested cancellation they stated to go on link. When I did the site did not allow access. I want the subscription cancelled immediately. No assistance with this request.

Had a slight issue with my order, and the response was fast and helpful. Problem now resolved, with follow up to make sure I was completely happy. Excellent customer service!!

Great product. Timely responses. I only cancelled my subscription because I currently have enough product to last for several months.

Unfortunately, one of the ingredients did not agree with my skin. Cellu offered me a prompt and full refund without having to return the product. I will share it with others who have less sensitive skin than I do and hope they like it.

These people are scamners..Took money out of my account when I told them I didnt want any more products..I asked for the address to return it ..Was informed was on Gungadong !!

This cosmetic product is terrible and completely ineffective. You’ll regret buying it. I strongly advise everyone not to buy it. This company is a scam.

I initially placed an order for skin oil and realized via my email confirmation that I had signed up for a recurring subscription instead of a one-time purchase. I immediately contacted their customer support to cancel it.

They were incredibly nice, hassle-free, and responded right away to cancel the accidental order. To make things even better, they helped me reorder the skin oil as a one-time purchase at a discounted price!

While you should still double-check your cart at checkout to avoid accidentally opting into a subscription, this company's excellent customer service has completely won me over. I'm happy to buy from them again and highly recommend them!

I have been using Cellu Overnight Firming Oil from 25th August 2026 and my previously crapey upper-arms and wrinkled knees are definitely better for using the oil after bath before bedtime.
I still have a fifth of the left!

I’ve only just started to use Cellu, but so far I’m pleased with the results. A lovely think moisturising oil, I will endeavour to keep a close eye on progress on skin

It didn't work.
Auto recurring was set up when I first paid but I didn't notice, so I asked refund but they refused to do it.
I was so disappointed with the product and their service.

I tried to cancel the order one and a half minutes after ordering, it was a mistake. They didn't respond until 18 hours later at almost 1 am. Said too late, already on the way... I don't believe that. I tried to get them to send me return shipping labels, they said no, I'd have to pay to send back. They said don't worry, we cancelled your subscription, but I didn't sign up for a subscription. In Shop, it clearly said, one time purchase. But when I tried to cancel, now it keeps saying I'm getting it every 4 weeks. I've had to call my bank and block them. Terrible customer service. Sketchy company. Do not buy.

I requesteed a refund for an extra bottle because i feel their marketing and sales tactics tricked me into buying an extra when i only wanted one to try to see if i even liked it. Their customer service could not cancel the extra bottle order but they offered to refund me 20% of my order which was nice. I have not tried the product yet, so I how I like it. But they value their cuatomers, it showed and they were very responsive.
