I was looking to make changes to my subscription for my products. My email request was taken care of quickly and customer service was extremely helpful.

Great company to contact and ask questions- the product really does smooth the skin on the first use and with consent use the skin does tighten but this takes a little time

Do not get involved with this company!! I tried both the cream and firming oil and did not find either met the claims. They claim I subscribed to receive repeat orders, which I did not. This is a practice I now see they are renowned for. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to resolve this. They have not refunded my money. Stay away!!

I had a good helpful and speedy reply from customer service. I feel good about purchasing from this company and I really like their product.

Working out a compromise on recent shipping and quick response

I think the oil is good, but not significantly better than the one from Beauty from Bees, which is my usual product.
The oil is good for the skin but doesn't work miracles... I also find the container a bit small for the price.
That said, it still seems like a good product to me.

I wasn't happy that it was auto re-ordered however great support in cancelling. I now have 6 containers of the cream so I will see how that goes and if its good I may reorder.

I like the light smell. I really like the feel of the oil on my arms and legs. My tan looks amazing.

I ordered , I thought, cellu cream for crepy skin. I don't know how but I ended up with an oil instead. I requested to return the product and pretty much told "to bad". I don't like the oil, I didn't want the oil. Beware of the subscription as well. It takes 3+ weeks to receive the product and the auto ship goes out at week 4, not much time to decide if you like the product or not, or if it works!
Update, I was offered 15% refund because it costs too much to return the product, I am within their 60 day risk free time frame.
