Great product. Time will tell if it works.

My original order number was changed by this company; delivery was promised then cancelled by the company and a refund promised. I still have NOT received a refund almost 2 months later AND my emails and phone calls to this company have NOT BEEN answered.

Ordered a composter 21st October ( GC 32604) which has still not arrived. Also fobbed off with apologetic emails which have now stopped arriving. Complete lack of progress leaves me feeling disgusted

Good delivery though I can’t recall the exact delivery date? Very pleased with my new composting bin which I’ve had a few months. I bought a food waste caddy which sits in my kitchen to collect anything compostable . A trip to the bottom of the garden to empty into my bin every few days. Looking forward to fresh compost to use in my garden 12 months from now!

We love the large green compost bin but sadly the delivery was shocking.
They left it outside our flat, just before Christmas, at the bottom of our steps, in full view of the road. It is very light so carrying it up the stairs shouldn't have been a problem.
They left a note through the letter box but didn't ring our bell to let us know! Why not?
So disappointing.

Easy to use website to order and despite warnings re delayed delivery leading up to Christmas, it arrived before Christmas just about 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. This was in time for my Gardener's last visit of the year to organise for me. Very pleased with product and service

Made this purchase as the Council want to start charging additional to take garden waste away. The 330ltr bin is more than adequate for a small garden. It is reasonably robust in design, however, it could do with a hinged access flap at the top to make it easier to fill. I purchased the base with it and the bin just sits on top of it, which could be improved with some sort of easy release clipping feature. I suspect as the bin fills up the compost will hold it in place better. As for how well it composts I can’t comment on that at the moment, but it came with a helpful starters guide, so we will see how it goes. All in all good value for money.

Delivery was a bit longer than I imagine, plus we ended up with 3 base plates rather than the two we ordered. I was a bit confused about how to place the compose bin on top of the base plate. Still not sure if I have done it right. Having said all that I am happy that we are composting.

What can I say, Get Composting have asked me to leave a review, so here goes.
I ordered and paid for two bins in November of last year and I am still waiting for delivery. In December they said that delivery would be in the new year and naively I assumed this meant 2024.
They no longer respond to emails, accept phone calls and the website is down.
Definitely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If was possible to leave a 0 star rating I would have.

I bought a twin pack of bokashi bins from GetComposting in November. Unfortunately they arrived without the accessories (scoop, taps).

The bins themselves seem to be good quality and the price was competitive, but without the taps they are effectively useless. I have been unable to reach getcomposting by email or phone to address this, hence 2 star rating.

The compost bins and base plate are sturdy. Not much in them yet so I can't comment on how effective they are.

Appalling! Ordered compost bins eight weeks ago and still not been delivered. Have tried calling and emailing to ask where our bins are but have had no communication.

Composting is a great way of re-using organic materials in the garden, that would have been wasted in a council tip. The bins are a great colour. The black plastic seems hidden as they are almost camouflaged against our garden wall.
They are a great size and hold all our autumn leaves. Quick delivery and a great offer for two bins: we would highly recommend them.

Are these people still in existence? Rebuilding website notice been up several weeks. Want a council subsidised compost bin but these people seem to be the only supplier otherwise I would try elsewhere.

Items ordered in October and still not received, despite multiple emails asking for an update. Eventually replied saying we had already received our order? No that is why we keep contacting you. Disappointing.

Their website is not working.
It says that they will be working again on the 15th of Jan 2024, but still not working as of the 17th of Jan 2024.

They arrived without delay. They were easy to set up. One large one I have used for leaves and the other for compost. So far so great. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality.
