Two months and haven’t received the compost bin and accessories yet. Wrote several times to finally heart they believed it was already delivered. Didn’t receive any delivery email or note, neighbours didn’t either. The compost bin is massive and can’t simply have disappeared. Very disappointed and no bin yet!

Good, efficient customer service, good communication and a useful product at a reasonable price. Bought two of these and very pleased with them.

Good quality compost bin but I did experienced a slow delivery service (approx 6 weeks)

It was straightforward to order our new compost container and it was delivered within the time period promised. The container is a good size and seems robust so it will last for many years.

This is the second bin we've got from GetComposting.Great product and now we've got loads of compost. Win.

Bought a small water butt at a great price and also a set of Bokashi kitchen composters, haven’t had to put any food waste out for the refuse collectors since, and a bonus is that it produces excellent plant fertiliser too! I wasn’t in when the delivery came so they kindly left them with my neighbour. Very happy with the service.

Delivery updates are helpful and Delivery came earlier than stated.

Composter came later than expected but, of course, I was glad to receive it.

Took a little while to be delivered but the compost unit is sturdy, and cost way less than one from the garden centre. Looking forward to lots of compost in 2024!

Waited literally months for delivery , had to constantly chase it up.

Was eventually left outside the property even though I was home and asked them not to do that.

My rating is because the product was perfect and with a discount from newham I was able to purchase 2 .

My only criticism was the information leaflet was stuck to the lid in a sticky plastic envelope that didn't come off in one piece. Maybe a paper envelope or a pdf would be a more sustainable option.
