Booked via Function Health for the blood test. Fasted and prepared, taking care of pets, etc like they asked. Exactly at 10am they call saying they can't come for the appointment, it's like the knew but didn't want to tell us about it. Really annoying to have to book all of this to now wait another to day to go in person anyways to get the testing done.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Phoenix area, scheduled online through Labcorp portal because they are terrible too - hard getting an appt, nearest one is half hour away, always still have to wait. Received email and text confirmation, received email and text appt reminder, appt window comes and goes with no contact - no text, no phone call, no email. Website is all AI bots saying sorry but offering no solution. Of course they took $100 from my account immediately. What a B.S. company model. Now add the hassle of trying to get my money back and I’m still back where I started. So much for being convenient. Wish I had checked reviews first.

What a wonderful service for having our blood work done in the comfort of our home.
The staff was friendly, and we didn't even feel the needles! The two ladies were professional and experienced. It was worth the expense to have our lab work right from home!
I highly recommend Getlabs' in-home routine lab service.

We use GetLabs for our individuals with disabilities and were so lucky to get Lina B as our phlebotomist this time. She was extremely patient and understanding during the entire appointment. She really made this a positive experience for everyone and we couldn't be happier.

My husband and I have both had appointments cancelled in the past week.
We both fasted, had early appointments which we were up and ready for and they cancelled with very little notice.
An overall poor experience.
I have asked for a refund, my husband chooses to reschedule and so we shall see!!!!

Good service

Tonya arrived on time, was proficient with the needle (I barely felt it), and very personable and professional. It was great not to have to travel to a lab to get my blood drawn, but instead to have it done at home at my convenience.

Friendly and made me feel at ease. She had come when storms were brewing in Carrollton, Texas , plus our electricity went off.
She was totally awesome

Did not follow procedure. Seemed like they wanted to head back though they didn't give a heads up and I had already opened for them then they went back to their vehicle choosing to initiate the call to verify id at that time instead of just asking me.

They also pricked hard to draw blood which was more painful. Generally a worse experience than I have had before.

I could not discourage anyone more from using a business. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

We booked an appointment for my elderly mother - you have to pay the fee in advance - and because their text confirmation confused her instead of calling they cancelled her appointment. We figured out the issue, rescheduled and then they didn't show up, but said they did and cancelled her visit.

She lives in Independent living and I'm sure that the employee was just too stupid to ask a question at the front desk and went to the assisted living wing of the building instead of asking the person right there at the desk.

There is NO PHONE NUMBER. Only chat...which is all AI. You CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING!!! Terrible, wretched service that deserves to lose as much business as possible if they are going to be this incompetent and impossible to deal with.

Easy to schedule, arrived on time and worth the extra expense.

Getlabs has been a very reliable and competent company for the past several years I have used them, including their most recent visit. All of their phlebotomists have been skilled in drawing blood samples from my disabled spouse who has hard-to-find viable veins. Getlabs always kept me informed from scheduling a visit to the arrival time of the specialist at our home.

Amazing experience - I couldn’t find a good time with quest, so I went with GetLabs and saved ~90 min. It took the phlebotomist 7 min from the time she walked in my house to the time she left. That was the most incredible blood draw experience I’ve ever had.

Porsha was on time, kind, professional, great at her job, fast, and personal.

Great convenient and cost effective service. The healthcare professional show up on time and was very good. Highly recommended.

The nurse are always professional , nice and on time if not early it is a great alternative when I am not up to driving to get my lab work done .

Tameka the technician who came to my house was EXTREMELY NICE And EFFICIENT. I recommend her 100%
