Very convenient. No fuss. Quick to take the test!

Used Getlabs twice. Always show up on time and are very courteous. Beats traveling any distance and sitting in a waiting room for a draw.

Aneesha came to my house yesterday and I have a huge fear of needles I was crying all morning, not thinking that I was able to do this, and once I met her, I instantly trusted her her kindness and patience with me was something that I will never forget she truly helped me. She makes a huge difference in people's needle fears. I don't think that I will get my blood drawn by anybody else again. Thank you Aneesha!!!!

Super easy scheduling early morning appointments very professional phlebotomist. He was on time, very professional, clean, calming, and not in a rush. He was very skilled when finding the vein and inserting the needle, always checked in on me while drawing blood and had a wonderful demeanor.

The orderly fashion of setting up the appointments was smooth. The nurse, Nilsa, was gentle, kind, and just made me feel very comfortable. She's beyond professional.

Phlebotomist was very friendly, accommodating, and excellent at her craft - I didn't feel the needle going in or coming out. Having lab work done in home is fantastic for people like me, where getting to a lab is difficult. Service was easy to set up and availability dates were soon after I received my lab order. One issue I did have was making a change to a lab order (i accidentally scanned in one of my ten blood tests twice and missed an actual test). There was no way to upload the change on my "portal" and I couldn't speak to anyone before my actual appointment. Other than that, excellent service.

I've tried them twice and both times they lost part of my lab order!

The technician was very professional. My 13-year-old daughter was a bit nervous, but she made the experience smooth and easy, which we truly appreciated. I will definitely use this service again and hope to have the same technician next time.
