Kweyonouh was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful, and did everything to make me feel comfortable. She was gentle and friendly, and I would absolutely use this service again, and request her personally, if possible. Fantastic and such a relief!

The absolute worst. Most unprofessional phlebotomist showing up after scheduled time driving onto private property after the window and being rude to my family member who told him I left for work because he no showed. This company has ZERO customer service, they also charged for the service. STAY AWAY SCAM!

We had a great experience with Lina . She was very nice and caring . Our 5 year old kid got a an amazing service and less stress as much as it is possible for a kid . Having service at home is very convenient and reduces anxiety for a child.

This was the first time getting home bloodwork as I’m injured and was unsure how it would go. Kenny the technician made it a calm experience by being very prompt, professional, respectful, patient and gentle. I truly appreciate Kenny and highly recommend Getlabs!

I scheduled a Getlabs appointment for 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and remained available during the full appointment window. No one arrived during that time. I was then informed the provider would be at least 1 hour late.

This is not a minor delay. It is a failure to meet the confirmed appointment window. For a medical service scheduled early in the morning, timely arrival and proactive communication are very important.

I am leaving this review because customers should be able to rely on the appointment window they book. In my case, the service was not delivered as scheduled, and the communication came too late to be useful.

The nurse was very nice and polite. She came on time. The process was quick and didn’t hurt at all. This is the second time I use Getlab and both times was very pleased.
