I received excellent service from the delivery team Paulo1 & Todd PN71JUH today. Arrived on time with prior notification 10 mins before. They are polite, respectful and efficient in completing their tasks in record time. I’m also delighted with the quality of the bed installed. A company I’m sure I will buy from again.

People were very helpful, we were kept informed throughout. Delivery was prompt, installation service by Aaron was swift and efficient.

Sean and Taylor did a great job, nice and smooth.

Todd and Pablo (the delivery and assembly team) notified us 15mins. before arriving and assembled our bed in record time. Very professional, efficient and polite.

Back at head office, Lenni (their Customer Advisor) couldn’t be more helpful, she talked me through the whole process, followed up via email.

These guys are awesome. I recently moved hone from the US to the UK with a US Queen mattress and these guys said to order a UK King and they’d adjust to the correct size without charge. Everyone was really prompt and helpful, and a big thanks to Steven for the quick response and help.

Terrible experience. They can have the minimum 1 star because they supplied a complete bed - albeit after three attempts.

Beautiful website promising artisan-style craftsmanship and traditional carpentry techniques. We're not naive. You can't literally handmake beds for this price point; we didn't think a carpenter was chiselling our bed from a tree trunk, but based on their website, reviews, and proclamations of exceptional quality control, we didn't expect an impersonal bargain basement service and incorrect parts to be delivered.

Quick version:
Bed arrived with two identically handed foot-end legs, rendering it useless. Took a week to supply a new one. That was incorrect as well - they sent two head-end legs - bed still useless. Another nine days later following a failed expedited delivery (they weren't checking on that given this was attempt three?) we finally had a complete bed.

They offered a 10% refund that we had to chase up as they failed to process that as well. Communication was poor with us having to chase them at each point of conflict.

There are three scenarios around quality control; 1 - they lie about it and don't actually do it; 2 - their staff are underqualified and don't know what they're making or selling; 3 - the staff knew it was incorrect but sent it out anyway because company culture makes that an easier option than trying to correct it.

They overpromised on a service they could not deliver. Their website is at best disingenuous, at worst, deliberately misleading; further research after our issues showed that it has not been a family-owned, artisan business for a considerable number of years. They're selling a dream that does not exist.

Pros:
- The bed is decent enough now it's complete.

Cons:
- They wasted the tree we paid to have planted on our behalf making parts we didn't need.
- Warranty probably not worth the paper it's printed on if they can't even supply a correct bed.
- Spend less time putting fittings in cute, printed bags and embossing cute logos on the woodwork, and a bit more time QC'ing.
- They promise "beds in days, not weeks", but if you have a problem, parts will be delivered in "weeks, not days".

Easy and accommodating delivery! Sean and Tyler were helpful, communicative and speedy.

Very happy with the quality and finish of the frame, it looks great! Sean and Tyler were amazing with the delivery and assembly. I even got a free cheeseboard thrown in!

Sean&Tyler were really brilliant with the delivery and installation service they provided, it was stress free. They also explained any relevant details for my benefit. Customer services helped with my change orders as well. The bed is very solid and high quality wood. I really recommend them!
