Ordered online to be sent the wrong item took back to store to be told they would get it ordered and sent out to me 2 weeks later still no item no communication from them only for me to call them to say they will pass a message on to the parts team

I ordered a bike from these guys and on the website it said same day dispatch so after 2 days had passed and no dispatch details I contacted them via email and Facebook inbox they did not reply to any of the messages so I commented on 1 of there adverts they uploaded asking if anybody was working the inbox I was ignored so I commented again saying I think they could be scammers and possibly advertising bikes they did not have in stock so they emailed me saying they canceled my oder because of this very poor customer service skills I would avoid at all costs

This place is basically a drop ship store half of my orders came from somewhere else and I’m still waiting on some bars they sold me 24hr shipping over 2 weeks ago they sell things they don’t have in stock so be careful

So I reliased the vin number on my ultrabee was different to the one on my logbook so i went back to the shop to sort it amd they couldn't they said it doesn't matter becareful

There is nothing positive to be said in regard to my interaction with Get Off Road.

After ordering an axle set of Suplex coil springs from a purported stock availability of four, I was advised, based on their correspondence, that their system of stock control is not fit for purpose.

Also, for the reason that their listing on Amazon Marketplace misrepresented the accurate stock position, Get Off Road were unable to fulfil my order for two springs. More than twenty-four hours would elapse before Get Off Road removed their Amazon Marketplace listing for the other two springs they were unable to supply.

The far more concerning aspect to the transaction involves the processing of my payment. The email correspondence from Get Off Road provides that in concert with Amazon, my payment was taken from my debit card after it was realised that the order was not to be satisfied. Apparently, a common practice.

Not in my view an act of good faith. In this event Amazon knowingly made a drawdown of funds to which it or the Marketplace merchant was not entitled. Drawdown of funds is clearly contingent on the order being fulfilled. The drawdown of the previously authorised payment ought only to occur at the point where the goods are dispatch ready.

It also seems to me that, within their refund policies and procedures, Amazon are negating consumer rights whereby unfair contract terms replace the most elemental protections in contract, consumer and common law. Additionally, contractual burdens are immediately placed upon the consumer while Amazon and its Marketplace affiliates, not bound by contract, enjoy the freedom to act with impunity.

Absolutely terrible company, after trying to contact for 7 days I finally had a response on Facebook messenger promising to get back to me. The item I was trying to buy was removed from there site, they never returned any more messages and I can log into theresite either.
Very poor best avoided

Ordered some LED headlights and parcel arrived in 2 days. well packaged with good products. contacting with them is very easy through messenger. very good service, keep it up...

Bought a wheel and tyre package for my defender, arrived on a pallet in 2 days, all wheel nuts, locking nuts and centre caps included. Great price, great service.
