とても素晴らしい商品です。ただ、サイトに載っていた商品とすこし違いました。

Their product quality is great. The pricing is even better. And recently I contacted them because I did not receive my email confirmation. They replied promptly with all the details I needed.

We ordered ViewMaster reels for an event in February. The website said it would be delivered by February 14. After it was clear they hadn't even shipped it yet as we neared Feb 14 I was forced to pay an additional DHL express fee of $45 to ensure they were delivered before our event on February 21. When the reels arrived, they were garbage. The images were totally blurry with specks all over each image. Because we were using the images in the Viewmaster for a scavenger hunt, the reels were unusable. The company was difficult to reach. When I finally got an email reply back from somone named Quinn, he wanted to dicker back and forth about how much they would refund. In the end, I gave up and decided to warn others. Instead of being located in the Chicago area like their website said, when the package arrived, it came from China. The address in Chicago was not an office suite, as indicated on their website. It is a single apartment in an apartment complex. This company is a complete fraud and I wouldn't spend a penny on them ever again.

I have used this company before and was happy... But my latest order is rubbish. Poor quality print, not enough stuffing, creased fabric etc. Customer service offered $5 back which I refused, then offered to remake if I would pay another $15!!! Are they kidding? They then offered $10 back and I couldn't be bothered with them anymore. They don't take responsibility for a poor product so I'll be going to consumer affairs and my bank to challenge instead.

Absolute garbage. Don't waste your time doesn't deserve the 1 star. 3D view finder reel is such bad quality you can berly see the picture and they are not in 3D. The pictures are badly cropped so the subject is cut out of the shot.

Well, my mini me pillow looks nothing like advertised. No where near the same size, Its the size of my hand. Over paid, underwhelmed. The quality of this tiny hand sized pillow is also shabby. On top of all that it didn't arrive on time as advertised for Valentines Day. Never again.

COMPLETELY BOGUS COMPANY, DO NOT BE FOOLED. Paid for express shipping on 1/29/25 order for Valentine’s Day gifts. Never received a confirmation email. Tried to track order via website last week and get an error page. Also get an error page if you try to live chat. Emailed costumer service as well and got bogus “we just finished making your order” email. Still no shipping confirmation or email contact of any kind regarding my order. Do not waste your time or money and do not compromise your personal data with this scam site. Thank goodness for American Express purchase protection.

They are amazing !!! Their customer service is the best !! I made a mistake and they helped me fix it even tho it was already being produced, and cause my mistake set me back they helped me upgrade to express shipping, Honestly give them a go you won’t regret believe me. They were on it as well they were replying back to me faster than I was replying to them. I gave them 5 Stars cause they honestly deserved it.

Customer service was adequate in the beginning of my order. Unfortunately, delivery was very past initial time expected and I don’t even believe that my order was shipped express as paid for. The reason that I’ve given one star is when my order was finally received it was ridiculously made with inferior materials and the quality was so poor that it did not work as described. Item was not returnable as it was a custom order. So, I was extremely disappointed!

Meine Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen! Es wurden wunderschöne Details eingearbeitet, alles ist kundenspezifisch angefertigt. Nicht nur die Figuren, sondern auch die Verpackung. Einfach alles wunderbar. Wir werden noch viele bestellen!

Unfortunately my custom pillow, was all black. My kelpie mix has a dark face. The stuffing was lop sided and it was double sided when only ordering single.

I couldn’t preview the order.

I ordered two and both are broken. The disks don’t fit into the a lot. When you pull down the slide advancer it tore up the edges of the slide and the obits fell out. The pictures are not 3D and you can barely tell what the original photos are they are so blurry and distorted! This was just to test the before wrapping them ! Neither will go under the tree! Complete loss! DO NOT BUY!!! YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED

Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen. Die Qualität der Magneten war nicht annähernd so wie es auf der Seite ausgesehen hat. Noch dazu kam einer defekt. Wenn man sie mit Musik verkauft, sollte das doch vor Versand getestet werden. Die Postkarte kam total zerknickt hier an, da sie in einer Plastiktüte verpackt war. Ziemlich enttäuschend für den Hohen Preis!

i brought one of these as a kk present as it kept coming up as a add on fb, rest assure i ordered one $58 later it said 2-4 business days it took almost 2 weeks to arrive and my god.

the quality of the print is horrible, the amount of stuffing inside the pillow is nowhere near enough the pillow is only 1cm thick so not even thick enough to lay on! mind you i ordered the bigger side so it can be used as a bench decorator or a pillow at night time

really disappointed and i would highly recommend not ordering from this company
