FINAL UPDATE: I finally received the product after waiting for a few months. It was late, but the quality is great and the product looks beautiful. Thanks for listening to the complaints and solving them!

UPDATE 1: Customer service got in touch with me on March 29th and told me they were sending me a new order for free. I am waiting for the new product to arrive at the moment, which will take around 9-15 business days. I will be updating this review accordingly.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I placed a Valentine's Day order on Feb 4th and it never arrived. I purchased shipping insurance. Support is just saying that I provided the wrong address or that there is missing information and that's the reason it doesn't arrive but my address is 100% accurate. They told me it was my responsibility to talk to my local post office and gave me a fake number that is not even an American number. I didn't know this was a Chinese company and that the product was being shipped all the way from China. The tracking website is in Chinese. Save your money. I WANT MY REFUND!!!

The pillow looked nothing like online the head was shaped long instead of round. I ordered a luigi pillow and the head looked like a banana and wasn't round.

I ordered A custom Lego heart shaped set! I loved the idea of the product and can’t give my full experience because I have yet to finish putting it together. Maybe next time you can include a picture of how it’s supposed to look with the product especially since the pieces vary in size and some of the legos are the same colors.
