Straightforward and easy

I can’t rate this company and staff enough from start to finish there customer care is amazing and it’s great to talk to them on the phone my advisor Cameron McAuley was great he was so helpful, friendly and had a great personality so i didn’t feel pressured or rushed and it didn’t feel robotic at all. They have made it so simple and clear. I am really impressed with their customer service and service as a whole and I’m so glad I went with Get Protected to protect me and my family xx Amy xx

I believe it’s crucial for customer service representatives to communicate professionally, as it directly impacts customer trust. I recommend that the company invest in additional training for staff to enhance their communication skills and improve the overall customer experience.”
The use of two different names SMART COVER and GET PROTECTED is a red flag and also raises concerns.
