Very bad company and process.They…

Very bad company and process.They stated that they will take care of the registration on there website, but after that Its all do it yourself just pay us and after that we don't care.If I know Spanish and accounting, I would not hire accounting company to help me.

Hi Marieta, I'm sorry to hear you felt let down.
We need your help at two specific steps:
1. Getting your social security number - requires you to identify yourself directly on the government website. They will not issue it to a third party.
2. Granting us representation rights with social security - is what allows us to act on your behalf.

These two steps exist because Spanish law requires your direct identity verification. They are not steps we designed. Everything else, we handle for you.

Professional, sharp, and genuinely above and beyond

I rarely write reviews, but Renn deserves a precise one. Running several ventures in parallel, I need operational infrastructure that does not steal my attention, and Renn delivers exactly that: clarity, speed, and competence without unnecessary overhead. The platform is intuitive, the reporting clean, and the team, especially Mat and Marina, responds in a way that solves the issue and educates at the same time. Worth noting: they support not only autónomos but also companies, which makes them a rare scalable partner as your structure evolves. What stood out most was how consistently they exceeded expectations: anticipating questions before I asked, flagging things I would have missed, treating my situation with genuine ownership. The above-and-beyond approach is not a marketing line here, it is the actual standard. A full recommendation for anyone who treats their time as capital.

Great Communication

Signed up for a short while. Very responsive to my queries on WhatsApp and Email. And very helpful and nice team. Professional, competent, can do the tasks without the promotional fluff.

Renn has been a game-changer

Renn has been a game-changer for managing my accounting as an autónomo in Spain. The platform is incredibly easy to use and very clear, which has given me a much better overview of my finances since switching. The customer service is outstandin, Mat in particular is extremely responsive and always ready to help whenever needed. On top of that, the price is very reasonable, costing me about half of what I used to pay my traditional accountant. I highly recommend Renn to any autónomo looking for a simple, efficient, and affordable accounting solution.

Highly reccomended

The team is super helpful, responsive and professional. In the few months we have been working together my experience has been very positive. The website is user friendly and whenever I need assistance I get it right away.
