There was a misunderstanding to start with but Jesse did everything he could to make it right and keep us happt. He did sell the house for us and got us the money of his original offer. Overall a great experience.

Selling your property is a stressful experience but Joe was very supportive and made the process so much easier.

Being honest we didn’t get off to the best of starts and feel we have wasted a few weeks but we now deal with Jesse who has turned our views around and has stuck to his word since coming on board. Just make sure you’re on the same page as them and that the options you’re given are clear and you understand what it is you’re getting into. Personally I would suggest asking for Jesse if you call in if he’s available as he is a credit to GSN and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. We were ready to walk away but after speaking to Jesse he has restored our confidence and we look forward to finishing the sale off with his support. I will update my review once the sale has completed which hopefully won’t be too long.

All Started great ,made me an offer which I accepted.They took photos of my property and filled the forms in .Then I've not heard from them in 3weeks ,I've emailed them but no reply.

Jesse has been extremely helpful to us, all questions asked have been answered and explained. He has been available anytime and given us all the information needed, he is a credit to your company and we have recommended our friends to the company also! Shanice was a great help throughout the whole process, she kept us updated weekly and always got back to us promptly. She made the whole process really easy.

So we had some complicated personal circumstances which meant that the traditional house selling route didn’t work for us.
We contacted a number of house buying companies but GSN’s offer was the best one and remained rock solid throughout the process - no trying to haggle the price down every 5 minutes so we felt confident in their service.
We dealt from start to finish with Jesse who was the commensurate profession throughout the journey and held our hand every step of the way ensuring that things were done to help us go through the process with the least amount of hassle and friction. Nothing was too much trouble for Jesse who had the patience of a saint after I’d got confused at one stage but he talked me through everything as many times as I needed responding within seconds to emails which gave us continuous reassurance.
I would definitely contact Jesse again if I need a quick and straightforward move in the future. Thanks for all your help Jesse - highly recommended.

I worked with a lady called Shannice and she was very helpful. She was great at keeping me up to speed with what was happening and got things happening quickly and efficiently. Jessie was very good ,helped well with the process. Unfortunately we were didn't get an offer quickly and had arranged to let the property when an offer did came through .Unfortunately we had signed the contract. We will contact Jessie when we are going to put the house up for sale in the future.

We dealt with Harry initially and then Jesse at Get Sold Now. Jesse helped us to find a buyer for our property quickly and has been available to speak to every step of the way until completion yesterday. We were happy with the price that was negotiated for our sale and the communication with Jesse has been reassuring at each stage of the process.

The initial contact was easy. Harry was so professional and reassuring. I was very anxious about selling my house this way. Harry was patient and went over the details in slow time, explaining every step. Then the estate agent would not nullify their contract. Harry was able to explain what to do, and he waited until it was clear to proceed. It was very surprising that he instantly remembered my name, the house, my circumstances after more than a month. Happily, Harry has now arranged an assessor, explained more of the process in understandable terms, made access to the house possible (I live 3 hours away and am full time carer for my husband who has MND). Harry has also agreed to liaise between the departments and me to simplify and guide my sale.
I couldn’t have been any more impressed than I am with his phone manner, his great representation of the company, his absolute patience and the efficiency displayed. Thank you Harry!

Jesse Philpot, was great from the start. We had used one high Street Estate agent and one online one. We got three viewings between the two. We have had 7 in a few weeks and property sold.
