I ordered the soap & a face wash to try out, and this was my first order with them. I am surprised to see that, just for a very small order, there were missing items.

Upon getting delivery of the items, I straight away sent an email with the photo to their customer service, and they refused to provide any refund or send the missing item.

Product:
Their product is full of essence, and smell is not from any natural ingredients.

There is no customer support, they will not reply, items will not be delivered. No refund no cancellation. Fake tracking. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I had a very bad experience with GHAR SHOP.
I placed an order on 23rd February (Order ID #6866422). The order was prepaid through Google Pay, but I have still not received the product. There has been no communication, no delivery update, and no response from their side.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. If you are unable to deliver products on time, at least provide proper updates to customers.
I do not recommend buying from GHAR SHOP. Please be careful before placing any prepaid orders.

Very bad experience

Very Bad experienced in customer support service team there is no comment of delivering the product, support service team are not replying to the mail and I have ordered on 15 feb 2026 now the date is 25 feb 2026 still I have not received the product and I have prepaid the amount.

On 10 February, I ordered a soap from the Ghar Soap app and made the payment through Google Pay. The app showed that my order was successfully placed, but I never received the soap.

I waited for several days with no update. When I posted a review about this issue, the company finally called me today. Instead of properly resolving the issue at first, they told me to make the payment again. After that, I received both the refund and the soap.

This was a very disappointing experience. Poor service and very unprofessional handling of customer orders. Please improve your service and fix these issues. Very bad app experience.

I have recieved wrong product and fake product..I have email to customer but they are not reply me.

I have ordered a Magic Soap (Sandal Wood and Saffron Soap) Pack of 3 with 2 quantities and Coffee Soap ( 50g) with 1 quantity.....please check image what I received.

I have received 2 coffee shops with one laundry soap. This is fraud with me.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

It's a fraud. I would request not to place any order with them. They won't deliver. This is a fraud site with no real product. I have waited for 15 days and there is no customer care to contact. Everything appears genuine but is a fake website . There isn't any real product. It's a virtual product created to fool customer. Please avoid .

Worst Experience Ever – Fraudulent and Unprofessional Service

I placed an order (#3860881) on 19th September and even after 10+ days, my order hasn’t been dispatched. The tracking still shows pickup pending from day one.

What’s worse? Every time I contact their team, I get the same copy-paste, useless reply with order details and a tracking link that has never been updated. No real update, no accountability, no resolution.

This company is highly unprofessional and irresponsible. They take orders, keep customers waiting endlessly, and then try to cover it up with template emails. This is nothing short of a scam-like experience.

If they cannot deliver, they should refund customers immediately instead of wasting time and testing patience.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Ghar Soap – don’t waste your money or trust on a brand that doesn’t respect its customers.

I placed order yesterday for some Rs.699
bucks and today I got a call from Ghar soap Customer care team asking me to wait for 45 days to receive my delivery due to Ghar website technical issue, and when I asked to refund she abused me and even told me to file case in consumer forum. Absolutely rubbish company ran by rubbish management. If they care this least about purchased customer then I can guarantee they must have put every rubbish possible in the product to cut the cost (they are giving 1+1 otter). Don't buy anything trom these random small mushroom brands.

Don't buy any product from this gharshop. They are making fool. I have placed order 20 days before and still product didn't got delivered. After fighting over email, they changed order status from unfullfiled to fullfiled and generated the shipment. But when I tracked my order on shipment website, it is clearly mention that delivery executive out for pickup the shipment but it is not ready for pickup.

My order not delivered since one month, further their support mail id only replied with system generated mails.. not support at all.

Fraudsters they are.

So, I have placed order for 10 items they have only delivered me 6 items rest items are missing. When I emailed them about the same they keep on reverting that this is your order which has been fulfilled on this date. Instead of listening to my problem they just keep on giving me advise to wait. It's been more than 10 days and they are still telling to wait. Neither refunding me nor giving me any update.

Do not buy from their website. Avoid at all cost. Fraud people, cheaters.

I don't even feel like giving a star, everything is so useless

On 16th August 2025, I placed an order with Ghar Soaps (a Shark Tank India-backed brand backed by Anupam Mittal & Aman Gupta). Payment went through, but as of 22nd August, the order status still shows “Shipping Soon.”

This isn’t just my case.

- Customers who ordered as early as late July are still waiting.

- Emails to their support go unanswered.

- When people (including me) raised concerns on their social media posts, comments were deleted instead of reply. More than 200+ complaints disappeared overnight - deleted by what looks like an oversmart social media team.

Instead of resolving issues, the brand is hiding failures.

Instead of building trust, they are deleting voices.

As per their shipping policy (5 - 14 business days), I’m willing to wait till the 14th day. But if nothing happens, I’ll be more than happy to file a consumer court complaint on day 15th.

This is not about the amount of money spent. It’s about:

- Trust
- Customer Experience
- How startups backed by investors should behave

🚫 My advice: Do not trust Ghar Soaps. At this point, it feels nothing less than a scam.

I had the worst experience with service in my life.

If it is not possible to deliver just let me know, I'll consider myself to have been cheated by your company.

You guys do not care about customers, its just disgusting.

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!
I ordered their products and paid for it. But they have not given any details about the product. They have not even shipped it yet. And when we mail them for the query they send an automated message. They are not solving the problem only scamming people, taking their money and not delivering the product. And there are so many comments in their social media handles that they are scamming people and take ages to deliver the product. Ghar soaps has deleted all of them it is very cheap for real. They are not giving my refund and not even delivering the product.

Website is genuine but costumer service is worst.. they don't even know we cant share huge files in gmail. They are asking me to send mp4 video in attached format.. in simple ways they don't want to provide any refund or replacement
