They took my money, did not deliver the product, promised a refund on July 31 and still have not sent it. They’re putting the blame on Shopify. I have contacted Shopify and they say they do not hold the funds but the seller does. The last so-called refund confirmation was dated October 1. I was told at that time I would have my refund directly deposited back into my account within 15 days. 15 days have passed and once again it was all a big scam. Please people, do not buy from this company.

Order date was April 19, 2026, it is now October 17, 2026 & nothing has been delivered, no communication since August 18, 2026. That communication was again 4-6 weeks, I've been getting 4-6 weeks since the order date. Frankly I think it is a SCAM & now I am out over $2,500.

I paced an order MARCH 7TH AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! Company is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Finally got a manager on the phone, only by pretending I was a new customer wanting to place an order. If I tried to select that I was a current customer the phone would disconnect. The 'owner' emailed in August and told us SIX MORE MONTHS. Then someone else told us that was a mistake and it 6 weeks (4 on the ship two on land once it gets to US) and sent us a tracking number. The owner went silent, didn't update his timeline, offer an apologies, ghosted. It's been 10 weeks and no no one is answering. THE TRACKING NUMBER ENDS WITH AN EMPTY SHIPPING CONTAINER!!! This was almost a month ago and nothing has arrived. Hoping to receive a full refund for this nightmare. It is a shame, I was really excited for the greenhouse. It was promised in May. The amount of money we spent not only on the greenhouse but also on everything for the greenhouse to have for the summer and winter months.... Business 101 don't over promise, don't lie, don't go unresponsive, don't add more products and expand before your foundational systems are in place.

Do not do business with YourGreenHouses. I ordered a greenhouse in February for delivery in March. The greenhouse was not delivered, so I canceled my order on September 9th; however, I have not been reimbursed. So this company has kept my money for 8 months. Every time I contact them, they give me an excuse for not delivering. Did anyone have the same experience? Did anyone take legal action in small claims court?

Order# 5279 placed 06/02/26. Original delivery ETA 10-12 wks. Currently 18wks and counting. Bruno says there was an issue with original packaging and an additional 2-4wks (I have zero confidence in this estimate). Have requested a refund and waiting for a “supervisor” to contact me.

Melanie was wonderful. She walked me through everything I needed to know and was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with her.

READ BEFORE ORDERING: Ordered April 24, 2026 did not receive as of October 1st. Very poor communications. Will not respond to emails or calls. When I did get a response, they were vague with "greenhouse is on a dock in Europe" then months later "it is in a lot in Florida". Bruno will not respond to anything, they do not provide proper notice to customer when they did not meet delivery deadlines according to the Federal Trade Commission; do not respond when there is a request for refund. Terrible experience to say the lease. Nearly 6 months dealing with them.

We pre-ordered a Polycarbonate greenhouse with 2 air vents in March 2026 and it is October 2026.. Still no delivery or proof that it is in transit! Poor and lack of response to our inquiries. We have left several voice messages, no response. Phone number is not helpful as no-one answers.. leave a message. Buyer beware!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a greenhouse on 7/23. They kept pushing back the shipping date that I was promised with all kinds of excuses made. They won't answer the phone and communication by email was poor. I cancelled my order on 9/30 and received an email on 10/1 stating they refunded my purchase amount, which they did not do at this point. They have also stopped communicating with me regarding my refund.

The follow up call was super helpful. Melanie walked me through everything and answered all of my questions from beginning to end.

I had a few questions about the measurements and Melanie was very helpful and sent me the information. She was knowledgeable and professional, something we didn’t not see very often these days.

I purchased a Greenhouse in January 2026. It was supposed to arrive in March with repeated emails and very little response. It didn’t arrive until May. The instructions are awful and in most cases, you have to drill your own holes as the pre-drilled holes and pre-measured items don’t actually fit where they’re supposed to. I was also missing my raised beds that I prepaid for it is now October and I’m still waiting for my refund as they no longer make those raised beds. I’m repeatedly being told a new date each week as to when I’ll receive my refund.

This is on Order #5220. Do not send this company any money. They offer the world before you pay, after that you will be lucky to talk to them again. If you do they will tell you that they will check on that and never get back to you. I Ordered May 28th 2026 and have gotten nothing in return. I had a shipping Reference Number which Disappeared Monday October 5th. I wasn't getting any information from Bruno, Ruben or anyone when I emailed. Don't bother calling, most of the time the phone is off. They have caller ID since Ruben knew who I was before I said anything in a prior call months before. I emailed CH Robinson the trucking company and received this email within an hour from the YourGreenhouses Account Manager - "You will need to contact Greenhouse on this. The shipment was cancelled and waiting on an update from Greenhouse on the readiness of a new order." That was the final straw and I contacted the Credit Card Company to get my money back. Asked Bruno why the pickup was cancelled and of course he said he would check on it and never got back to me. The trucking company got back to me in less then an hour after I emailed them. YourGreenhouse! I am still waiting. LOL Do not send this company money? Pay more some place else if you really want a greenhouse.

I honestly didn't even want to give 1 star. This company has lied so many times about when we would be receiving our greenhouse. We had footers poured and a team waiting to unload the greenhouse like we were told to do. The greenhouse never showed up. We sent everyone home. We have ignored, promised to, and lied to by this company. We have three emails stating your greenhouse delivery is next! Your wait is over! Well, we have been waiting since March 2026. It is now October 2026. This company doesn't answer their phones nor emails. Bruno, Maria, and Ruben do nothing but lie, or just don't say anything. They ignore you.
