Is it time for a class action lawsuit yet?

I purchased a greenhouse on March 29th and it was supposed to arrive in July. It is now September with zero updates. I’m worried this vendor is a scam. Order #3984 Please provide an update ASAP

I have not received my greenhouse yet (pre-ordered) but have had personal contact and help with purchasing the right greenhouse for me. Also, I requested and was sent an instruction manual so that I can prep for set up.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered and paid for Nordwood Garden Studio last May still no update on delivery. Multiple inquires to Bruno customer service no responses. Occasional call from the company with zero information, they just ask me to call them back and then never answer. I sent note to founder Gustav, no response. This must be a scam. I will pursue legal action.

Never received - lots of promises made but no results. An epic waste of my time! Thanks for nothing!

6+ months into this new greenhouse and we are still waiting for the 2 roof vents that we ordered and paid for......multiple different answers from just as many customer service staff, all sharing different information. NIGHTMARE experience!

not enough communication on shipping status. ordered in June and still waiting to hear about the status of shipping, tracking, arrival.

Melanie was very informative about timing of delivery of my greenhouse.

In March 14,2026 I ordered and paid for greenhouse ($4,773.00) which should be delivered by May 20, 2026.
Today is September 22, 2026, and the greenhouse wasn't delivered, yet. All I got were just excuses and excuses. I already cancel the order and asked for refund but did not hear from the company eighter.
I don't know if I will ever see the money again!
DO NOT BUY from this company unless you want to be disappointed as much I am.

So far 5 stars. Liz N. was awesome during my initial ordering call and walked me thru everything very thoroughly. She also responded immediately when I had a couple questions after the call. Melanie S.’s follow up call a couple days later was a great review and confirmation of my order. Hope this level of responsive and service continue through the process.

i was charged $3533in feb 2026 for a green house. the item has been told to be delieved and still on the process.July 2026, no item delived, so i cancelled the order. Daniel Knott tel 9043375411 email me and stated that i will be refunded and shopify will send the refund and to email him in 2 days if no refund. I did keep emailing them since upto this time sept 22, 2026 no refund. My order number in the greenhouses item is 3060.

I ordered in April and they charged my CC. This is Sep 22 and still no greenhouse. Continually false promises of delivery date. Multiple excuses. Blame the carrier.
Now I feel they want me to ask for a refund due to the sales price I received.

The Yourgreenhouses company experienced such a demand that they were considerably delayed in getting our unit to us but we trusted them to solve the delivery problem and they did. We're currently in receipt of our Nordwood Arrow kit and are preparing the foundation upon which it will be assembled.

Opening the robustly packaged kit revealed 100% of the needed wooden components are present, and based on that reveal, we're expecting to find the complement of glass and metal hardware to also be complete. (Inclement weather prevented a complete inventory.)

Interaction with their personnel, especially Gustavs and Maria went exceptionally well and they continue to respond to our ongoing questions and needs. Based on our experience to date, we highly recommend the company and their products. (A follow up review will be provided on Trust Pilot when assembly is complete.)

Following up on 5 Oct 26, the foundation is in place, a set of ten concrete piers that descend to the native shale layer on a hillside we've augmented with 2nd hand railroad ties and a lot of dirt.

As of this date, assembly of parts up through sheet 2 of the manual is complete with EL's 1-3 in place. Dimensions are good in all fittings so far.

'Lots to do but aiming for having the glass in by 8 Oct. Given the overt simplicity of the design and the well made components, the tasks accomplished so far are highly encouraging!

The Nordwood frame is made of Norwegian spruce, a vary stable wood with respect to temperature and humidity. A smart choice for a wood frame greenhouse!

You made good. We somehow had a box missing of strut pieces. You sent a set of missing pieces. The grernhouse is finally being built as I write this. All pieces fit nicely. Very happy so far. Bruno was fabulous at making it all happen.
