This company is a scam. After 3 months of delays and lying from your greenhouse I cancelled my order and now 6 weeks after cancellation I still have not received my refund. If you order from this site you’re throwing your money away.

Horrible! I fell for the huge sale scam in march and it’s evident everyone else did too. This particular greenhouse doesn’t exist in the inventory and that’s why it was priced the way it was. I’m out 7k and requested a refund but suddenly I’m getting no more responses on instagram or emails.

Our case is not as bad as some others who have posted here, but we have the same signs and symptoms. Delay after delay, not calls, few emails, and n greenhouse. We cannot get a legitimate answer from them.

Is it time to take action with someone outside the company?

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 74 years. I had ordered my greenhouse on January 2, 2026 and since then I have received several emails about delays and estimated delivery dates. I received an email from Gustav on August 12, 2026 stating that my order is scheduled to be shipped out and delivered within the next 2-3 weeks.
I received a shipment on August 27th and what I received was something other than what I expected.
Instead of a neatly packed kit I received a couple of loose boxes and three rolled up large sheets of polycarbonate with instructions that tell me I need to measure and cut out the panels. I tried calling the customer service number on the website several times for a couple of days but always got a message that they can't answer the phone.
I emailed Bruno and told him I ordered a kit with precut panels and that's what I expected. He told me he would have to talk to higher ups to get it resolved. On Sept. 10th I got a call from someone with a NY number and he said my greenhouse has been shipped. I told him about the shipment that I received and he said full sheet of polycarbonate are usually sent out for repairs and he would have someone give me a call. I sent an email to Gustav on Sept. 24th but have gotten no response. I was able to leave a message on the customer service number and I received a callback. The options I was given was to either cut out all the panels myself which I can't due physical limitations or wait another 6 to 8 weeks for precut panels to come from Europe. Neither are acceptable to me so I have requested they pick up what they delivered and give me a full refund.

I have sent numerous emails to hello@yourgreenhouses and left messages at the 201-529-0531. I sent an email to gustav@yourgreenhouses which I got an email from 8/10/26 with a link to a YouTube video about delays.
The email is no longer deliverable.
My order number is 5280 and I paid 10k for this greenhouse that I don’t think I will ever get.

I ordered mine November 30, 2025 and was supposed to be delivered March of 2026. This company constantly lies and does not deliver. I finally canceled my order September 14, 2026, and asked for a refund. I still have yet to receive the refund. When someone returns something to a store the refund is usually reflected on my credit card within 2-3 days. I waited about a week after the order was cancelled and inquired about my refund, the Company stated that the refund was pending and could take a couple of weeks. Ridiculous response. So I again contacted them about my refund and told them that was unacceptable. The Company responded, “Refunds take that long to process because these are tied to physical stock and go through manual reconciliation.” This Company is a joke. The Company is probably broke and doesn’t have the money. I will probably have to take legal action to get anything out of them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SCAM PEOPLE.

Paid extra to get the greenhouse quicker and just got the runaround for months. Got offered a 10% discount for my troubles which they never gave me. I finally cancelled after waiting 2 additional weeks for the promised discount. Read lots of reviews and most complaints were about the lead times. Well, they were right. This company does not deliver, even when paying extra to get priority. Sad. I do not recommend this business.

I placed (and Paid) an order on 1/31/26, with a promised delivery date of February to early March. As of 10/2/26, I have initiated contact three times, actually speaking to a person twice (the same Lady each time who was very nice). Both times she apologized, and promised the greenhouse would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. I have emailed again on 9/26/26 requesting a firm delivery estimate or a refund, again with no response. We had high hopes for this purchase, but that is looking like it will never happen. I sincerely regret giving this company money in good faith, only to be abused in that faith.

The ordering process was easy. I love the products/solutions that "YourGreenHouses" offers. Also, I greatly appreciated the "Welcome" call from Melanie & her keeping me updated on the status of my order.

Don’t do it - waste of time and energy.
We ordered one in early April ‘26 (it’s now October), got a delivery date of end of May, then got pushed to June, then kept getting emails it was delayed. My husband called and emailed at least every 3-4 weeks - they would never answer and rarely called back. Then they tried telling us we’d have to go pick it up at some distribution center unpack it and rent a truck to get it to our house - that’s not what we paid for.
After seeing all the reviews with people having the same types of problems - we called our credit card to cancel. If you did order make sure you are documenting the run around so you have an option to dispute the charge with your cc. Unfortunately we can’t get money back for the concrete pad we installed for the greenhouse.

This company has lied to me many many times about my product timeline. I don’t have my greenhouse but they have had my money since April. And keeps giving me excuses why no refund yet. I’ve called and emailed and I still get lied too. Do not order from this company. I’m am initiating a lawsuit.

Ordered in March. Excuses for delayed delivery through September. Finally gave up and cancelled order in October. Awaiting refund. Avoid this company.

Well, we are approaching 20 weeks and still no greenhouse, no email returns, and no callbacks. I’m beginning to think this was all a scam. I’m going to have to contact my credit card company soon and report them. Giving them a couple of days to report back on this review. If I still don’t hear from them, I am reporting them.

Liz was very helpful and patient during the process. She answered all of my questions and sent me extra information and a video so I could make an informed decision.

The follow up customer service so far has been great. I'll know more in 14 weeks when the product arrives.

I waited for over 6 months, I was told delivery April, then May... June came around and still no update. Communication only when I initiated updates. ...Horrible communication from their Delaware office. I requested a refund. The refund was prompt and full. Your Greenhouses just could not deliver.

Melanie is a very friendly, competent and knowledgeable customer service rep. She seems to know her business well and communicates very effectively.

Insane delay, zero communication. I ordered a greenhouse in April and they straight up never shipped out the product. I finally forced them to cancel in late august. I had to reach out each time and their excuse was always different. This is not a real company that builds real product. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered my Nordwood greenhouse in March of 2026. By August of 2026 I still had not received it. I received conflicting messages about the cause of the delay until they informed that they would be unable to ship directly to my residence, and that I would have to go and pick the greenhouse up myself. On top of that they still did not have any date as to when it would be delivered. Mind you this is a 1500 pound package that you need a forklift for. However, I still agreed to pick it up myself since I had waited so long and already invested money into a platform for the specific dimensions of the greenhouse. I then receive a call from another one of their customers in a totally different State, that had received my greenhouse (which was different from the one he had ordered.) YourGreenhouses consistently failed to deliver on their promises and now I'm left with a pre-built platform for a greenhouse that never arrived. It's now the end of September and I still have not received a refund.
