We have thoroughly reviewed your account history, which includes over two years of continuous service and multiple successful orders processed via our secure platforms. During that time:
• All incoming statutory mail was scanned and emailed in accordance with the mail forwarding or scan-and-email service you subscribed to.
• Where ID requirements were unmet or invoices became overdue, you were contacted multiple times with clear instructions and notices, as per AML regulations and our publicly stated Terms and Conditions.
• No documentation was lost. On the contrary, your emails confirm we successfully scanned and emailed a court letter (as recently as March 2025) and provided multiple confirmations of incoming mail.
• Regarding fees: our pricing is fully transparent and itemised. Additional services (such as Directors Service Addresses or Business Mail Forwarding) are optional and clearly described at checkout. You placed multiple orders, all voluntarily confirmed via Stripe, with receipts and breakdowns.
• Mail is not destroyed after 14 days, it is returned to sender if we cannot forward it due to an account not being in good standing, e.g. when required ID is not supplied or payment is not made—this policy is clearly stated and repeatedly communicated to all clients in such circumstances.
We take feedback seriously, but we also have a duty to protect our business reputation where reviews misrepresent the facts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Upon reviewing your account history, we note that your request to update your email address in August 2024 was delayed due to the request failing to pass the necessary security protocols designed to protect your account. The security of our clients' accounts is a very high priority; no one would thank us if this were not the case. The update was completed in January 2025 upon receipt of the required verification. During this period, all communications were sent to the email address on file.

We understand the frustration this may have caused and appreciate your patience during the process. We are continually working to improve our communication and processes to better serve our clients.
