Upon reviewing your account history, we note that your request to update your email address in August 2024 was delayed due to the request failing to pass the necessary security protocols designed to protect your account. The security of our clients' accounts is a very high priority; no one would thank us if this were not the case. The update was completed in January 2025 upon receipt of the required verification. During this period, all communications were sent to the email address on file.

We would like to clarify that we invoice for services provided, including the use of our address for your listing as a Person of Significant Control for PINE CONSULTANCY LIMITED. This use is documented in the public filing history of the company.

Your statement labeling us a "scam company" is entirely false and unwarranted. We are a legitimate, licensed service provider operating in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Regarding our billing practices, we utilize an automated system to ensure efficient invoicing and reminders. This system supports a global client base, including tens of thousands of customers, with approximately half located overseas. Consequently, the timing of our automated emails may vary based on time zones.

It is important to note that invoices, statements, and payment reminders are only sent if there is an outstanding balance on your account. These notifications will cease immediately upon payment of the invoice or upon removal of our address from your company's records, enabling us to cancel the service.

We appreciate all feedback and are committed to maintaining professionalism, compliance, and value in our services. While we may not always meet individual expectations for empathy or compassion, our priority remains to operate within the highest standards of industry compliance and efficiency.

As agreed during a phone call this morning, I have removed our address from your listing as a Person of Significant Control of PINE CONSULTANCY LIMITED on Companies House.
As a result, I have been able to cancel the invoice that was sent to you for this service.
The removal has been performed free of charge as part of our enforcement for non-payment of a service.
I note that you no longer live at the address on our records and as showing for yourself on Companies House.

I remind you that it is an offence to display false information on Companies House.
As approved agents of Companies House we are under a duty to report this.

Our service descriptions are detailed to ensure customers have a full understanding of what is included and what is not (perhaps you should have spent a minute reading this to understand what you were purchasing).

The Registered Office Service you purchased covers the use of our address for statutory purposes (e.g., correspondence from HMRC and Companies House) and includes the forwarding of such mail free of charge. However, it does not cover the use of our address for company directors or the forwarding of non-statutory mail without applicable fees, as stated in the service description.

For reference, the second paragraph of the service description clearly specifies that using our address for company directors requires a separate Directors’ Service Address facility. Similarly, the first paragraph explains that only mail from HMRC & Companies House will be forwarded free of charge.

Regarding the use of our address for directors without permission or payment, we will take steps to ensure compliance by notifying Companies House to remove our address where appropriate.

We also understand you contacted our customer service team to discuss these matters. While we strive to provide excellent support, it’s essential to maintain a respectful and constructive dialogue. We are here to assist, but we cannot tolerate abusive language or behavior towards our team members.
