I had a great experience speaking with Katy Walsh.
She took the time to clearly explain the importance of Total Loss Cover and made sure I fully understood my options without making me feel pressured. After everything I've been dealing with recently, it was refreshing to speak with someone who was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
