St David’s Cardiff always great for lunch stop, very tasty menu and tastes very authentic.

Food presentation didn’t warrant a photo as my curry was literally spilled everywhere on arrival 😂 but tasted absolutely amazing nom nom

Drinks a little pricey but great selection for all taste's.

Lovely atmosphere and mostly the staff are very attentive and friendly.

Continues to be a favourite and much better than the other well known restaurant it’s next too :)

Went to their Norwich restaurant. Air con was on so cold that the meal got ruined. Sent it back and they tried again, food came out scalding hot but yet again was ruined in moments by the freezing air con. Complained via their feedback form and got an email saying thanks for the feedback. No come back for a free me, or here’s a voucher, in fact not even a sorry. So I asked for a refund and have been ignored since. I’ll ne disputing this with my credit card. All these people want is our money - whether we go home happy or not is of no interest to them & this experience proves that. They just want our money

Ordered a home delivery via Deliveroo. Absolutely awful. Stone cold food, even the crispy dishes were soggy and cold.
Not recommended, especially given the very high prices.
Edit - management did reach out to apologise for our experience and assure us that this is not normal service.

Henley. 30 July 2024. Very disappointing even though previous experiences had been good. Food was average at best but nowhere near as tasty as on previous occasions. Starters arrived luke warm and fish sharing platter contained way more batter than it did fish/seafood. Biggest issue was the service which was attentive but actually way TOO attentive - the chap serving us was looking to be very friendly but this actually resulted in him interfering, interrupting conversations and trying to make conversation in a cringe-worthy way. It was a shame as he was only trying to be friendly - but he really needs to learn that good service doesn't mean being loud and the centre of attention - it means being very discreet and allowing the guests to focus on each other and the enjoyment of their meal.

Welwyn Garden City. Not impressed at all. The menu clearly stated chicken noodles but when it arrived there were no noodles. Just chicken, cashews nuts and vegetables in an over sugary sauce. Noodles needed to be ordered separately but not clear from the menu. At £15 and described as chicken noodles I expected noodles. Same with a curry my friend ordered. Came with no rice yet described with rice. Very misleading menus and overpriced. Food was very sweet and too much sugar used. I would never go back. Worst experience of a restaurant in a long time.

Weybridge - Arrived and our oredr was very promptly taken - Then waited nearly an hour for starters which arrived cold.

And were completly ignored by the staff as they franticly ferried takeaways from the kitchen to waiting motorcycle couriers.

I could go on and on, however - In the end we just paid for our starters and left. - Wish we had left earlier.

A waste of time - Zero customer attention and service bordering on almost arrogance when we complained to staff. - Had the atmosphere of a fast food joint - Avoid - There are much nicer restaurants in the area.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly and were super helpful with my onion allergy

Lunchtime vist whilst in Cambridge. Five people all have different food (1 vegan) and all the food was excellent. Staff very friendly and lunchtime special which 2 had was excellent.

My daugher had a 16th birthday dinner party at the Horsham branch. Food was good and excellent customer care (whilst I organised remotely) from Glasgow was spot on. The manager took care of everything. Perfect! Thanks

Giggling Squid Norwich is a very pretty restaurant with friendly attentive staff. No complaints there then we come to the food. Our guests were happy with theirs but ours was dreadful. I eat Papaya salad in every Thai I go to here and anywhere in the world. This one turned up in a small bowl and the only indication that there was any Papaya in there were a few tiny orange slivers. The salad was very hot but I accept that as that can differ but I never had one with horrible tasting slimy dressing on before. I ate some of it left the rest. The main course was equally bad and I think it had the same dressing on it. Oily and awful. We ordered the Butterfly Prawn dish. Three overcooked prawns presented themselves atop a lot of very greasy awful noodles. Quite nasty. If we had been just the two of us I would have sent the lot back. We won't go again and that's a shame as it is a lovely restaurant but you don't go to a restaurant to look at the decor. That's an added plus. Shame on the owners.

Absolute waste of money. Food was awful especially the green Thai curry which tasted of fairy liquid. Woke up during the night with terrible indigestion from the food.
Also £11 for a glass of vino that was a £5 bottle of cheap wine, way too expensive!
Tunbridge wells restaurant

I ordered two Beef Massamans from the Farnham branch through Deliveroo. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Both of them didn’t contain any cashew nuts and the beef was extremely fatty. No reply from customer service. Definitely will not be using them again, poor quality food and high prices.

Food excellent and friendly staff, food on time i love the place especially the decoration the Filipino staff and others are very polite and friendly i really love to come back again and the price not expensive i can't wait to come back again very satisfying food. Salisbury Giggling squid branch highly recommended.free Birthday surprise too.

I had never been to a Giggling Squid restaurant although I love Thai food, so when the opportunity arose to visit the Windsor restaurant, I jumped at it. I ordered the cashew vegetable curry thinking that for £13.50, I would be reasonably satisfied without needing an additional side for an extra £4.00. Alas how wrong I was. Two miniature broccoli florets and a couple of strips of red pepper. The four small mouthfuls were tasty but the value and worth of this dish, left an incredibly sour taste. I emailed customer services but a week on, no response. Hasten to add, I shall not return or indeed visit any further branch.

Very disappointed. Some of us were still eating our starters when they cleared some starter plates, we were still eating our starters and they brought out the mains!. No one checked if everything was ok or did we need more drinks. After the main the table was cleared, no offer of more drinks, desert menu. They just tied round us and ignored us. In the end I went to the till and requested the bill. Very poor service.

Giggling Squid Harpenden- I went with my family and one of us has a bad reaction to anything warmed or cooked (in microwave, Air Fryer, halogen oven) we have explained to my server about this and they went to check for us to the manager and then came back and said the most of the food is warmed up in the microwave after it’s been cooked and there wasn’t really much choices to avoid the bad reaction and felt disappointed that a restaurant like this don’t cook from fresh and it’s over priced for microwaved warmed up food my server was amazing and always came to check everything was ok and going well for us the restaurant was clean and welcoming for the price for the items on the menu was made from fresh with the prices they had what a disappointing I’m definitely not going back to any locations of giggling squid

2 days ago I was at Wimbledon giggling squid, at the last day of my London vacation, I unfortunately to be exposed to very crazy argument between two employees and I did not want to remain silent about this injustice I saw.
The guy was shouting at the waitress too loud in front of us so I even know all details of the argument. He was insisting to use spoiled product to serve customers and the waitress was trying to calm him down to not shout out that loud in front of customers and being calm and not using this spoiled product because it’s not healthy. But he never listen her he even threatened her to report, what he was doing was just mobbing and mansplanning. he was shouting at her like if you don’t do what I command you to do, quit the work, etc. I can not believe who let this guy to work in the middle of Wimbledon? I also felt very sorry about her, because she was just trying to do the right thing which is not serving us something unhealthy and spoiled and just because of this, he shouted her for minutes and minutes in front of us. Even after this argument She kept working with her smile and good vibe. I hope this man get reported and be fired. Also I never go to Gigglings again cause if they have this kind of manager, probably that places are not healthy.

The worse chicken satay ever.
The steak and beef dish was appalling for the price. No rice or noodles with it and the staff didn't think to tell us when we ordered.
The food tastes like it's just been microwaved not cooked fresh. If never go back to this restaurant in Winchester.

Kingston Giggling Squid - Terrible Service

We went to the Kingston Giggling Squid last Friday and had the worst experience so far.

The food portions were really small and expensive.

The staff who served our table was impolite and did not smile.

She kept asking us if we wanted more drinks and repeatedly asked if we had finished our food, collecting our plates immediately.

It was the first time we wanted to settle the bill and leave as soon as possible.

I would like to clarify that there were no people waiting for a table and there were not many customers in the restaurant.

I personally do not recommend visiting their Kingston branch.
