Ethan the the furniture sales attendant was very helpful. There was no colour swatches alongside the chairs (which I purchased). He went out of his way to find them and then was very accommodating when I wished to see the colour swatches in the natural light.

What I like about this company is that they are always on the case making sure that everything is right. The delivery, the installation or fitting, the quality of the product, right down to the last detail. Popped in to the store for a browse at new dining chairs. When we asked about certain models, the assistant was so helpful and friendly. She looked at different payment options and suggested stain cover. She made our purchase a great experience. Very efficient and 1st class service.
We opted to collect our goods from the storage facility behind Sainsburys. They asked what time we wanted to collect and had our chairs ready for us. All we had to do was reverse up to the door. The staff here were also very efficient and friendly.

Excellent carpet fitters

We have only had our furniture for one day but it looks beautiful and is so incredibly comfortable. I took out the insurance offered and this will ensure i can keep it looking as wonderful as it does now. The whole process was easy and communication was great. The delivery was really good too with both men doing a brilliant job in very warm weather. All round superb customer service and i would absolutely shop at Gillies in Perth again.

Annoyed that online the Amtico floor cleaner was in stock. I live in Perth so requested a click and collect service, yet it took a WEEK to receive my goods from store pick up

Good deal on the carpet, the fitters did a grand job quick and professional.
They arrived late in the day, it seemed to us they had a number of other jobs which had delayed them. Unrealistic programming by somebody.
