Friendly; reliable; delivered on time.

We love the product purchased and the delivery men went above and beyond.

Luke the salesman could not have been more helpful.

However - we ordered the furniture mid February and were told there would be a 12 week delivery wait which we accepted.
Sadly that turned into 20 weeks which is not acceptable. We were offered the loan of a table and chairs but declined as we still had our old furniture.

Excellent Service:
Telephone advice very helpful prior to visiting the shop in Broughty Ferry. Lynda, our sales assistant, was friendly and gave us an excellent service. In fact the whole experience, including Andy and Alan who delivered and assembled our beds, could not have been better.

Order placed 3rd June. Delivery on 7th July.

First class service instore and and outstandingly prompt,helpful,considerate handling of fitting process.
High standard service overall and have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Arrived promptly. Handled brilliantly. Brought in 2 settees, a poufé and a coffee table. Placed them and disposed of all the packaging by taking it with them. Both guys were helpful, polite and really nice. Knew their job well. Really pleased with them and the furniture. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We purchased a set of leather sofas and chair. Ethan was very helpful and even came out to the house to measure up so we were sure it would fit through our narrow door.
Yesterday Darragh and Bruce came out to deliver and set up. Adam the porter was also helpful and delightful whilst we were in the store.
What a credit to Gillies.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Clark in Perth went over and above to help us source a fabric swatch.
When we bought our sofa we were shocked to discover that the company who make the furniture don't supply swatches. We really needed one to help us select a carpet so Clark removed the colour sample from the book in the showroom, drove down to Livingston and allowed us to borrow it for a week or two. He even supplied a prepaid envelope to allow me to return it in good faith. This was over and above.
When the sofa arrived the guys were so friendly and careful not to damage the walls on the way in to the living room.
Despite the swatch situation I would definitely recommend the service and after sales care. Thank you.

Very helpful staff and good advice, delievery was easy and our sofa's look great.

My chair arrived as arranged almost to the minute. Very pleasant employees who moved a chair out of the way to accommodate my lovely new one. Just what I wanted and in the sale.

Service in shop very good, lovely young man in bedroom department, delivery men did job well but am disappointed to find three small marks on dressing table. Not sure what has caused this.
