We have booked 4 trips through Ginge Tours, of which we have been on 1 so far.
Not only was Ginge tours cheaper on all 4 than other travel agents and the market in general, you get excellent communication and the personal touch.
I feel like Geoff takes the time to listen and get to know you before recommending a hotel.
We have had to rearrange one of the trips due to family ill health and being able to message Geoff and have everything taken care of without the usual stress of being on hold and calling call centres has been fantastic. It’s taken the stress out of moving the holiday and has enabled us to focus on looking forward to our future date.
Geoff’s first hand knowledge has been spot on. We flew to Toronto with an airline we hadn’t used before. Airtransat and Geoff recommended extra leg room over premium. How right he was, cheaper but far superior leg room than those in front. So much so, the lady next to me had flown out premium and chosen to fly back extra leg room.
I have recommended Ginge Tours to a number of colleagues, who have now booked with them too.

I cannot recommend Ginge Tours highly enough. Due to their expertise myself and my wife had the holiday of a lifetime. We have not been the most adventurous travellers in the past but Ginge Tours made this so much easier. The process is so simple i just told them the kind of holiday we wanted and what rough budget we were working with. Very quickly i had a reply with some recommendations. The holiday we selected was amazing with safari and accomadation superb.
The itenery we received was detailed and very easy to follow and if there are any changes this is updated immediately on line or the app.
Communication was also fantastic as during the stay one of the airlines cancelled our flight but even before we were notified of this Ginge Tours had arranged an alternative flight and contacted us to tell us the new arrangements.
I will 100% be using Ginge Tours again to plan our holidays. Thank you

Great service from Ginge Tours and Geoff and a wonderful holiday to the States. From the outset gave us great advice and helped formulate an itinerary second to none. Before booking gave various options of hotels we could stay in and villa rentals.

The outcome being 5 nights in New York, 4 in Washington and 7 on the Gulf Coast. All train and plane transfers done for us along with car rental and quality accommodation.

Had access to all the paperwork/tickets online and any queries we had were quickly answered. Took the hassle of organising it away. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great service.

We’ve recently returned from a 10 day all-inclusive, Jet2 holiday that was booked through Ginge Tours.
Firstly, they saved us money against the Jet2 price, which was a bonus & had private transfers to resort, complimentary fast track, best seats on plane.
Secondly, it was a totally stress free experience, Ginge Tours sent us everything we needed for our holiday, they made regular contact keeping us updated on things like queues at passport control in Turkey, so we knew to factor this in for our journey home.
Overall it was a 5 star, thankyou Ginge Tours, we’ll be in touch for 2025 trip & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services!!

We tested Geoff and Jo with finding a holiday to Florida to match our exact dates and budget and they came up trumps. Everything from flights, accommodation to car hire went smoothly with a couple of free extra trips thrown in. The App is really good to use and any questions we had were answered quickly. First time using Ginge Tours to book a holiday but certainly will not be the last. Given this was Geoff’s first experience with Disney World, the entire process was seamless and the trip plans app was useful to confirm flight times, transfer picks ups etc.
We had an absolutely wonderful holiday in Orlando, it was everything we hoped it would be.

We decided to book an all inclusive holiday to a hotel in Corfu that I had found and asked Geoff and Jo to get us a price for them to book on our behalf. Not only did this take the hassle away from organising ourselves it was also cheaper than booking with Jet2 direct!
The hotel was all we hoped and more, the staff were brilliant. We had a fabulous week and even when our flight was delayed by 20 minutes on the way home Geoff let us know before the airport even realised! As a solo traveller booking a holiday can sometimes be a little daunting. I decided to try a cruise for my upcoming 'big' birthday and contacted Ginge Tours. Geoff researched several cruises which fitted my criteria and I decided on a P & O Mediterranean cruise. Geoff arranged everything for me, he kept in touch and all documentation, etc, was also available via the Trip Plans app. Thanks to Geoff my first cruise experience was straightforward and enjoyable, and I had a lovely memorable birthday. I would certainly use Ginge Tours again for any future holidays.

Ginge tours found the perfect holiday (Little trains of the Pyrenees with Newmarket holidays) for us at a good price.
The itinerary was excellent and varied taking in the most beautiful scenery.
Roses, our resort for the week was pretty, clean and flat which allowed for easy walking. However our hotel room was tired and shabby and the food although tasty was not hot.
Ginge tours gave us the use of an app which had our travel details and itinerary on it saving us from having to carry our paperwork with us all the time.
We had peace of mind that if we had any issues that we only had to make a phone call at any time to Ginge tours and they would be resolved.
In summary we had expert advice, a holiday that was well priced and the reassurance that we were in very safe hands.

From the time we first contacted Geoff he took care of everything; from recommendations, bookings, upgrades, boarding passes and even an email advising of possible road delays on the way to airport. A truly professional service delivered in a personal way, leading to an amazing carefree holiday.

We booked a trip to New York through Geoff which included flights, hotel accommodation and tickets to see Hamilton. I can honestly say that nothing could have been made easier, and with a personal touch Geoff was available to answer any and all questions. This was our first holiday booking with Geoff to the Caribbean for our family. It was a pretty special holiday for us as never been to the Caribbean before. We wanted to go to Antigua and Geoff was fabulous in selecting different hotels for us and managed to secure the room we wanted in the most perfect hotel. Everything was taken care of for us and the communication between Geoff and Jo via emails was brilliant.
